My family were patients here for at least 5 years. Dr Stephens was very nice and did a good job with all of us. However when they moved to the new office I had a dental emergency. I was in alot of pain and had an abcessed tooth. I called the office and told them what was going on and that I needed to be seen. They told me they were booked for the whole week and couldn't get me in. I told them I could come to the office and just wait to be seen however long it might take.......I was in pain. The office manager refused that and said she could not get me in. I said I am having an emergency, I understand if I wanted a cleaning ect that I needed to wait. She still refused. I told her that I would have to go somewhere else then. When my husband then was having a problem and I called to get him an appointment they said they could see him in an hour. We were just about to leave for the appointment when the office manager called back and told me that she could not see my husband due to the fact that I had moved to a different dentist because of the last episode. I would not recommend then to anyone. I understand being booked but they also need to make room for people when they have dental emergencies and I believe that the way I was treated by the office manager was terrible especially since we were established patients.

I've hated the tools dentist use since I could remember and I still do it just didn't feel so teeth grinding, ha ha.
