Visited on 7/6/22. This was my first visit. Just got a cleaning and exam. My first impression was the place was kind of dark and gloomy, lots of trees around the building. Also had a rough time finding the office with google maps. I got pretty much right in for my cleaning. This is new to me, my previous dentist would not get me back for 30-45 mins after my scheduled time. The staff were nice and friendly. All in all, I would recommend the office. I may change my rating after more visits.

Highly recommend! My teeth feel amazing!! The office staff is welcoming and everyone is so friendly. It was a wonderful experience and No Cavities!! :)

Dr Smith has been our dentist since we moved to Columbus 6 years ago. He and his staff have taken great care of our teeth and are always courteous and willing to answer all questions.

If i could leave more than 5 stars i would. Absolutely the best dentist I've been to. I had to get multiple teeth fixed and was dreading going because i hate the dentist, but the staff was super nice and DR. Smith was excellent at his work!!

I've been going to Dr. Smith for many years and he and his staff are professional, personable, and do amazing work. I had two crowns put on my front two teeth a few years ago and they look 100% natural. Can't recommend them enough!

If I could give this Dentist office zero stars I would!! Very unprofessional and treat elderly patients as if they can't afford any of the services that they offer! If there's a procedure that the doctor doesn't want to do (even if it's advertised that they specialize in the procedure) he won't do it!! What an embarrassment and joke of an establishment!! Highly do not recommend. ____________________________________________________ Your response is laughable. You can say whatever you need to say to save face, like every company does when they're called out on their unprofessionalism. It was stated MULTIPLE times that the payment would be made out of pocket if need be. The insurance company actually told you that they would pay $974 and you were told that the patient would pay the difference ON A THREE WAY CALL WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY!!!! NOT ONCE was a story switched up about how the incident happened, because we aren't dishonest people. You can continue to tell yourself whatever lies you need to, to help you sleep at night and deem yourself a decent human being. As stated before, highly DO NOT RECOMMEND, and you should've gotten your story straight before responding because lying won't save you.

Dr. Smith is the absolute best! He's been taking care my wife and I for multiple years now, he's knowledgeable, organized, and pain free! Let's not forget his super friendly staff! Finally a dentist that we look forward to seeing!

Excellent customer service!! Dr. Smith is patient, attentive and very knowledgeable. I love his upfront and honest personality. My teeth are in the best health they've been in years. I love the his cozy office and staff.

I must say I'm impressed with all the good reviews I just made my 1st appointment with them however I did tell them I'm looking 4 a horseshoe nothing else but I need it N a valplast due 2 mouth deformity & I just wanna make sure u do this b4 my appointment they said yes don't wanna pay 4 time wasted if they don't do what I want & that's valplast..so I'm coming N2 office.. just don't wanna B miss informed.. let u all No how it goes I'm excited 2 get my valplast horseshoe STARTED..

I'm a military wife and I have been going to Dr. Smiths office since we moved to Columbus, GA and I couldn't be happier that I picked him as my dentist. Every appointment that I have had everyone is very friendly, kind and most importantly non judgmental. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to any dental procedure, even with cleanings and everyone is always very understanding and patient with me. Dr. Smith has great bedside manner and he always answers all my questions, I never feel rushed by him or his staff. The hygienist are on another level of amazing. On my most recent cleaning appointment I went in with major coffee stains and my teeth were cleaned to perfection. I also had a couple more issues and they were all addressed and fixed on the same visit. Believe me when I say that I left Dr. Smiths office smiling, I couldn't be happier. I still feel anxious with every visit but I know that I will leave his office with a healthier smile every time. Thank you Dr. Smith and all your wonderful staff, you are all amazing.

This is by far the best dentist I've been to. I've spent my whole life scared of going to the dentist and uncomfortable. But this place couldn't of made me more comfortable and at ease, definitely recommend them!

ZERO STARS!!!! ZERO STARS!!!! They took it upon themselves to do things they did not ask to do. Dentist banged the mirror off of my entire right upper and lower teeth on the outside. Dentist did not even address the main reason I was there which was about a spilt tooth that was very painful. So they sent me out in extreme pain in said split tooth and no help whatsoever. Dentist spoke to me with such distain and arrogance about how I had been way too hard on my teeth and that they were in really bad shape. He assumed I am to blame for any of the mouth trauma I have endured. I hate this place and think they should be reviewed by the Board of Dentistry as to whether they do more harm than good. They need to take a long hard look in the mirror and rediscover what they enjoy about dentistry and how it is vital to the patients health and well-being and making people healthier should always be the goal. Whether that be mentally healthier because they can make the patient feel better about themselves or whether its that they are helping someone avoid an infection that could cause other health issues, either way its for health and well-being. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!!

Dr. Smith is the best dentist I've ever been to. He has great bed side manner, as well as all the staff. The front desk staff is always there to help you and the hygienist are very gentle and actually care for you. Hands down recommend this dentist over anyone else.

I have been coming to Dr Edwards for years! The staff is always nice and friendly. My kids refuse to go to anyplace else! What I love the most is that Dr Edwards is very knowledgeable and keeps you well informed of the health of your teeth! If you are looking for a dentist - look no further.

Dr. Smith has been my dentist for 7yrs & I've never had any issues. His office took me in the same day when I call about a constant toothache which turned out to be an abscess. He suggested to save it but I was so over the tooth & constant pain I just wanted it out my mouth. Looking back on it I wished I would of saved the tooth but other than that I'm satisfied with him being my dentist.
