OMG. I was actually scared when I got there. When I met the staff and the Dr , all that just went away. The time spent with them ,was absolutely comforting. They took away the fear. I am so satisfied with the overall experience. Thumbs up guy's.

I've been a patient here since I was a teenager, and before it switched hands. So, a few decades in, and it's always be such a wonderful office and staff. Can't recommend them enough.

Great, Dr. Risse is amazing! Although it took me over 45 minutes to be called back, so I recommend scheduling an appointment early in the morning.

I went to Dr. Chipps for years, loved him and his staff. He was so awesome and just hated for him to turn over his office to new dentists. I know everyone has to retire and move on. It really was hard to get used to when he bowed out. The new staff seemed very proficient and friendly when I went for a crown. However, through my dental insurance I found they had overcharged me. What a surprise! I called them about it, got my insurance company involved and they did admit they did overcharge me. They said they'd send me a check. It's going on two months. They did NOT. My insurance company is doing an investigation. I will be changing dentists because of this after so any years, and I will not recommend them to anyone. Be sure to check your statements, your charges, and look at your insurance statement when it arrives.

Would not recommend Dr. Chip to anyone. He has over charged me and then tried to recover the amount through bill collections. I went back to see what I paid him with my Medical funds and what he should of charged me via my insurance. Almost all the time it was over by at least $25. The last time I saw him was when he yelled at me for screaming when he gave me a shot. Said I was frightening the other patients.

This would have been a 5 star review had i not had my last interaction with the practice. I had been a patient in the practice since 2014 had great experiences until this moment. I came in July 2022 for my cleaning to get harassed and yelled at by another patient in the waiting room because they were upset at not being seen promptly. I already have severe anxiety coming to the dentist office from past dental practices and this just sent me over the edge. Now they keep calling and texting to tell me to make an appointment. No sorry, I've found another practice that takes my anxiety into account.

Thank you to Dr. Risse and Uyen the dental hygienist for being gentle and thorough. I used to have major stress going to the dentist and I don't anyone now that I know I am going to be under such good care.

Dr. Risse is wonderful. This is coming from someone who has had several *bad* experiences as a patient. So I naturally have anxiety when it comes to the dentist. She is also ethically when it comes to her practice and not prescribing any unnecessary work. Her dental hygienist, Jennifer is also great. Very informative and gives great insight as to your oral hygiene. I would definitely recommend Dr. Risse and her staff!

i thought i would like seeing dr. chipps a few years ago. there was turning point when i felt like he was trying to intentionally break my front tooth (its 1/2 fake, 1/2 real) with his hand to force me to put a cap on it. i never went back and stopped going to the dentist for a few years after he did that. the tooth has been riding steady and solid for 10 years. there's no need for a cap. he just wants money. i wouldn't recommend him for Black patient care. there are better dentists out there.

I'm so happy I found this office, after being quoted $2000 to repair a chipped tooth and possible root canal , I came to see Dr Chipps who advised I only needed a fill in , in and out of the office in less than an hr , great, friendly, knowledgeable staff , very pleased with the work and the ease and quickness of my appt. Thank you so much

Dr. Chipps has been my Dentist for about 25 years. He and his staff have always been professional, accommodating, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Chipps for all you dental needs.
