Dr. Chapin has made his home and practiced dentistry in Ventura County for over 28 years. Recognized as 'Ventura County 's Best Dentist' on 3 separate occasions by the Los Angeles Daily News and as 'Simi Valley and Moorpark 's Best Dentist' by the Ventura Star/Enterprise Newspaper, Dr. Chapin is very proud that his patients are so happy with the services that he and his staff provide to their community.
Dr. Chapin grew up in Southern California and received his Bachelor in Science in Biology at Emory University in Atlanta Georgia. He continued his studies at Emory and was awarded his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) in 1980, returning to Southern California for a Post-Graduate Residency in General Dentistry at UCLA/ Brentwood Hospital. Dr Chapin frequenlty attends continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.

For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. Financial We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

Always a great experience whether it is a simple cleaning or something more elaborate. Would highly recommend. All of his staff are professional, yet friendly and caring. Dr Chapin has been our family dentist for over 35 years!

I've been a patient of Dr. Chapin for approximately 30 years and would never think of changing. Great staff of excellent caring people and a k ways up to date on newest technology. Dr. Chapin's office has been very professional, friendly, and accommodating for my elderly mother's dental needs. She does not dread her appointments, as the hygenists are very kind and gentle while performing cleaning, X-rays and other services. I highly recommend Dr Chapin to anyone looking for a dentist. He and his staff are professional, yet very friendly (especially Dr C; he is so personable; not what I have experienced with dentist before). I've had a crown replaced by Dr Chapin and have regular cleaning done 4 times a year and am very pleased with their work.

Dr. Edward Chapin is a superb dentist who is professional & efficient. I've seen him twice in the last year -- once to have him fill my front tooth where part of it chipped off, and once to have him fill in an area in my molar. He is so quick at what he's doing he's done before I know it, and since I dread going to dentists (both of my grandfathers were dentists) he makes the visit very short and tolerable. He makes humorous small talk while he's working on your teeth which makes the visit almost pleasurable. I've been seeing him over 15 years; his office manager Michelle has been with him forever and she and I love talking about flowers I bring in from my garden. His dental hygienist, Kim, is wonderful and keeps my teeth on the straight and narrow; she just retired and I will miss her greatly. A+ recommendation. He's the Best.
