I am committed to learning and excellence. Since 2001, I have logged in over 350 hours of continuing education and have successfully completed a comprehensive orthodontic course in 2008, am Invisalign and ClearCorrect certified, and have hospital privileges since 2001. I am ACLS/CPR certified. I also perform hundreds of esthetic dental procedures annually.
Married for 11 years, my wife Ana and I are enthusiastically raising ourtwo energetic girls and our lively son. Since the birth of my children, Irarely work in the office on Fridays, in order to spend more time with them. My family and I are members of the Sacred Heart Parish and sponsor various children's athletic activities.

I have been going to Dr. Edson Martinez since he started his practice in Del Rio. My experience has always been favorable. He is courteous, considerate, and thorough. The hole experience was great. The office staff was kind and made an emergency appointment for my father. Our assistant Vanessa and Mr. Martinez we're very kind and helpful, made my father feel very comfortable and happy with the procedure.

Dr. Marinez did a lot of work that day. It was horrible for me, but gave me breaks. As usual everyone working is very nice and great with the customers. They explained before and after procedures and answered all my questions.

Hands down the best and most patient dentist I have been to! He cared about why I fear going to the dentist and he was showed compassion. He made me feel so comfortable in the dentist chair. I always dread going to the dentist but I actually have no anxiety about my next visit I'm about a month. Seriously if you have a fear for whatever reason, Edson Martinez needs to be your dentist! You won't regret it.

He's a good guy dont get me wrong , but his work can be iffy, last procedure I had done wasn't the greatest and is currently a discomforting issue.while he was working on that same procedure a younger apprentice , helper, assistance or whatever you want to call them kept shoving the the vacuum tube into the side of my cheek so hard that she left me cut up and in pain longer that the tooth I had work done to. Been going here since I was a kid, which I'm currently 23 and im going to have to say that I'm ditching this place.

I love Dr. Martinez and his staff. They are very personable and naturally make you feel comfortable and treat you like "family." They involve you in every part of the process and explain each procedure. This practice is state of the art dentistry.

Dr. Martinez and his entire staff are the most amazing people that I have met while in Texas. I've always been fearful of dentists and they all made the process a calm and peaceful experience. They treat you like family and show you how much they love you being there. They were patient with me and were so helpful and understanding when I was nervous and ready to back out of the procedure. If anyone needs dental needs do not hesitate to call these folks, you won't regret it.
