My mother and I are happy and very impressed with Dr. Jay and his staff. They are very professional and response to concerns/questions in a timely manner. My mother is hard of hearing and Dr. Jay and Leslie was so patient with her. You can tell that they really care about their patient. Dr. Jay (and staff) ROCKS!!!

I honestly feel like I have won the Jackpot as far as Dentist offices go. Dr. Jay and his team; Jennifer, Leslie, Jessica and every single person he has working for him is The Best and brings their Best into that office every single day. It is rare to come across such a kind, dedicated, joyful, skilled, and unbelievably well-oiled machine that is Dr. Jay's office. Gone are the days of "crap I have to go to the dentist" because if you have the privilege of working with his team, you can rest assured they're going to give you everything they have and more - because they love what they do and love to serve the community. I could write a novel on Dr. Jay's Office, but if you are lucky enough to get an appointment, whatever your particular oral needs are; rest assured Dr. Jay's team will deliver hands down The Best in the business, VIP treatment to all of his patients and more! My case was particularly difficult. In fact there was a time when I wondered if I'd ever have a smile I could be proud of ever again. I was the victim of the whole "new mouth in a day" pitch and came to Dr. Jay in the worst of conditions. I was defeated, deflated, humiliated, exhausted, had seen upwards of 25-30 dentists up until this point; I had all but given up. I was brand new to the area and made one call, was recommend to Dr. Jay's Office and never looked back. This was nothing short of a Miracle. Jennifer worked her magic tirelessly to squeeze me into the schedule, even though their schedule was full I am sure - most of the time. They'd stay late, they'd come in early - this isn't a dentist's office, this is a family of the most dedicated and talented people in the industry. Longest story short, my smile is beyond anything I could have dreamed was possible. Every single concern I had, every detail and then some - Dr. Jay addressed and delivered. Don't even think about passing up the chance to have his team work for you. They're the top professionals in the industry, if they served food - they would be given the Michelin Star. Don't think, just call and you will never again have to dread dentist appointments. ***pics to come :)

Dr. Jay and his staff never cease to amaze me. From the moment I walk in the door, I am greeted with smiles and genuine joy, a vibe that permeates the entire visit. Dr Jay is a master of his craft, applying fillings with ease, beautifully matching the surrounding teeth so that they are undetectable. His skills with veneers are unmatched. I get compliments on my smile DAILY, and it is 100% credit to him. Absolutely choose Dr. Jay, as your dentist and for all of your restoration needs as well. He. Is. Amazing.

UPDATE 12/31/2021: I have had a few dental implants done over the last few years with Dr. Jay (Edmund W. Jay, D.D.S.). Now that all the dental implant work has been completed, I am so grateful every day to be able to eat food comfortably and for my good looking teeth. Deciding to do dental implants and finding a good dentist to do the implants is difficult because of the risks involved in the dental surgery, the long time period needed for the completion of the process, and the high costs. I was so fortunate that Dr. Kamansky, my previous general dentist whom I trusted, recommended me Dr. Jay to do my dental implants. It was one of the best decisions that I ever made to choose Dr. Jay for my dental implant work. Dr. Jay's technical skill in dental implant work is exceptional with high precision in the surgery. He has the state of art equipment to get clear scans of the bone areas of the targeted implant, which enables him to accurately calculate the position and space of the bone where the implant needs to sit precisely. In Dr. Jay's own words, it worked just like the textbook says it would. Dr. Jay's surgery room for dental implants is very clean and bright every time I walk in. During the dental implant surgery, his assistant was always very helpful. She made me feel very comfortable during the entire process of the surgery. Dr. Jay is always very busy. Jen is super friendly and she always managed to schedule my many visits to accommodate my work schedules, and always called my insurance company regarding insurance for me. Jen's amazing work in scheduling and dealing with insurance, and friendly attitude made me believe that Dr. Jay has the best of best in every area of work in his office, and is an example of what exceptional service looks like. I am so thankful every single day to Dr. Jay for the excellent dental implant work he has done for me and his wonderful team for the beautiful smile they gave me. _____________________________________________________________________ 2019: My experience with Dr. Jay and his staffs are beyond ordinary. I am very impressed with Dr. Jay's excellent skill in implant and his up-to-date equipment. His care to patient is remarkable showing in many things he does throughout the treatment process, such as spending extra time to study X-rays, ordering extra parts before dental surgery, answering questions through text message even on weekends, just list a few. He always considers the patient's best interest. I feel special under his dental treatment. All his staffs are absolutely amazing, always very thoughtful, very caring, paying attention to every detail. For example, Jennifer does everything extraordinary, whether doing assisting Dr. Jay in dental surgery room, or scheduling patient's visit, or voluntarily preparing and sending out insurance pre-approval request for patients, she does it with such a great care and always with patient's needs and desire in her mind. Dr Jay's lab is always spot-less clean every single time I visited. Last but not least, all staffs and Dr. Jay work together like a family, and I can feel it every single time I walked in. I would recommend anyone to try Dr. Jay's dental practice to experience by yourself, and to feel special like me.

THANK YOU Dr. Jay, for giving me my smile back! I was referred to Dr. Jay by my (fabulous) family dentist, Dr. Anton Misleh, as I needed to have my four front teeth replaced with crowns. It involved several appointments and Dr. Jay and his AMAZING team took such good care of me, every step of the way. Everyone was so caring, kind and helpful. And Dr. Jay - so compassionate and with such a gentle touch. When I finally received my permanent crowns, I was thrilled; they were gorgeous and fit perfectly! It was truly a life-changing experience, because; for the first time in 20 years, I'll be happy to smile for a photo. This is an extraordinary dental practice! Highly, highly recommend!

I've been coming to Dr. Jay for years now, beginning with a tooth extraction. I can't say enough wonderful things about him and his staff. There is great energy in his office and all the staff make sure patients feel comfortable. I'm someone who has had a lot of dental work done and Dr. Jay always exceeds my expectations and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. He is using the best technology in his office and you can tell he is an expert at what he does. Wether you need just a routine cleaning or more extensive work done- you will not regret coming to him! 5 stars isn't enough! Thank you Dr. Jay and staff!

What a terrific office this is in every way! In my many years of going to dentists, Dr Jay is by far the best. He is so professional, thorough, kind and gentle. Dr Jay has done beautiful work on both me and my husband. The office is exceptionally clean and follows all CDC recommendations for COVID-19. I felt very safe there. I can't say enough about the staff, so friendly, caring and efficient. I highly, highly recommend Dr Jay for your dental care.
