My husband was running late for an appointment and he called the office and woman at the front desk (Debra) told him if he arrived in 20 minutes he could still keep his appointment. My husband arrived in LESS than 20 minutes and that woman had the nerve to tell my husband to reschedule! What sort of cruelty is that, giving one message and then changing it when the person arrives??? If it weren't for the lady that was seeing patients coming out and resolving the issue, my husband's trip would have been in vain. As if that wasn't enough, the same woman calls me to tell me that the insurance info given to her by my husband was incorrect, that she called my insurance and they couldn't verify he was covered. She kept telling me it was Delta Dental of Indiana when it's actually of North Carolina then she said it was Michigan (clearly she's confused). She kept insisting that she enetered the correct information and it could not be verified. I was now scrambling to call my insurance to figure out what was going on because I knew for a fact my husband was covered and the insurance confirmed it while I was on the phone with them. Then this woman at the front desk called me back to tell me it was all fixed . She couldn't tell me what had gone wrong in the first place. It obvious she enetered the wrong information somewhere. She doesn't know her job, is rude and it's unacceptable to treat people this way! Stop giving people unnecessary stress! Life is already stressful as it is and going to the dentist is unpleasant for many. How dare you make it worse! We recently moved about an hour away but my husband likes the dentist so he wanted to keep going there. He will not be coming back again.

Great Dentist, great reception, easy appointment scheduling. Everything is laid out for you. They remind you of your appointment often. Plenty of parking.

I have been a patient here for about 2 years now and have had nothing but great patient care experiences here. Very clean, very friendly. Dr. Edmonson is always very personable and thorough and Debbie at the front desk always brings a smile to my face. I recommend this practice to anyone interested in finding dental care.

Very friendly staff. Been going there for two years; no complaints. Glad they got rid of previous receptionist; she was a little snippy. I would definitely recommend; always support professionally ran African American businesses

When you arrive you are immediately greeted by the receptionist. The hygienist was gentle when cleaning my teeth and very thorough. I never feel stressed or nervous because I know I'm in excellent hands. Thanks for an awesome experience!

I've been coming here for 18-19 yrs and I Love it here. The smooth jazz, very nice and caring staff and of course Dr Edmondson, he takes his time with his patients and talks to them as a caring medical professional. Best place ever!

I and my family have been using this provider for few years (6+) now and it's always an absolute pleasure from the beginning of the appointment to the end. My kids ranging from 16 to 5 years have no problem/fear/or anxiety going for their dentist appointments. I will recommend this provider to friends and family

Dr. Edmondson is the best dentist we have been to in the Maryland area since moving! We feel like more than just patients to the practice, Which is very hard to find nowadays. Nowadays we found that dentist are so prone to unnecessarily pull teeth. Dr. Edmondson discusses all options and gives his honest opinion! The hygienist take their time with cleanings as well and are the best!

I am a person who is terrified of the dentist, however, Edmonton family dental care was fantastic. I was made to feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who has major anxiety or fears of the dentist, you will not be disappointed,

Dr. Edmondson is an excellent Dentist. He is very compassionate and understanding. I have a fear of the Dentist and he made me feel very comfortable and calm. I highly recommend Dr.Edmondson. He has been my Dentist for 5 years he's the BEST

Always professional. I enjoy my experience every time. Which may sound weird because a lot of people don't like going to the dentist. But I like getting my teeth cleaned. I am pleased with the quality of service that I get every time and the friendliness of the Dr. and his staff.

Excellent practice!! Dr. Edmondson and his staff are very thorough and efficient. I had my routine cleaning done yesterday. It was one of the best cleanings I have ever experienced. I am so glad to have found this practice.

Very pleased with the service here. I love that the dentist is very personable seeing as most in the medical field are not now a days. The staff overall is friendly and the office has a very welcoming vibe. Would highly recommend.
