Dr. Kevin McMahon has a passion for all aspects of dentistry. He loves working with patients personally to prevent and solve problems. As someone who was raised in Ft. Thomas and who lives nearby in Anderson, Ohio, he appreciates the opportunity to serve Northern Kentucky and the surrounding community.

Dr. McMahon completed his bachelors degree and his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Kentucky. Since he started practicing in 1986, he has routinely completed more than 100 hours of continuing education annually. He strives to stay current on the latest innovations in dental technology and techniques so our patients receive the highest quality care that modern dentistry has to offer.

Dr. McMahon is certified to offer IV sedation with advanced airway and emergency management and has been named an Invisalign Preferred Provider. He has been certified to provide LANAP advanced gum disease treatment and has attained Diplomate status with the International Dental Implant Association. His varied skill set is part of the reason he was named a Top Dentist in Cincinnati by his peers and received the Cincinnati Magazine Award.

Outside of the office, hes been involved with the Donated Dental Services program for more than 15 years. Hes an active member of St. Marys Church and the University of Kentucky Alumni Association. He also enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with his family.

When he was growing up in Louisville, Dr. Daryl Peak looked forward to visiting his childhood dentist, and he dreamed of becoming a dentist himself. Today he is living that dream as a member of our team, and he still looks forward to going to the dental office every day.

Dr. Peak realizes that most people are more anxious about dental care than he was. Because of that, he takes the time to understand his patients personal concerns and needs. By doing this, hes able to develop a treatment program that works for each individual. His goal is to make everyone who visits Edgewood Dental Care feel comfortable and confident about the care they receive.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in biology from Spalding University, Dr. Peak earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Louisville. He then completed a one-year general practice residency at the University of Louisville Hospital.

It would also be fair to say that his education has never ended. He is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest research and technology in dentistry. To do this, he attends continuing education courses frequently to learn new techniques and procedures. He also applies the knowledge he gains to keep improving the care he provides.

Outside of work, theres a good chance that Dr. Peak is cheering on the Louisville Cardinals basketball and football teams. He lives in Highland Heights with his wife, Tara. They enjoy camping, fishing, rooting for the Bengals and Reds, snow skiing, and traveling.

Dr. Middendorf comes from a family whose legacy is deeply rooted in the health care profession. Hes spent a lifetime surrounded by influential family role models who are nurses, physicians, physical therapists, and even another dentist. Its by their example that Dr. Middendorf felt inspired to continue his familys long tradition of helping others achieve better health.

Dr. Cory Middendorf earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Louisville, where he remained to graduate with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He completed his general practice residency at the University of Kentucky Albert B. Chandler Hospital.

Thanks to his drive to give you the best dental care and most positive patient experience possible, Dr. Middendorf is constantly challenging himself to reach for the next level of dentistry. His continuing education has earned him certifications in basic and advanced life support and a permit to administer IV sedation. Hes also completed additional training in endodontic techniques, implant procedures, sedation, and dental emergencies.

Whether it is providing preventive care or restorative procedures, eliminating pain, or improving dental aesthetics, Dr. Middendorf experiences the satisfaction and joy that come with positively impacting a patients life by restoring their oral health. He loves when patients are active participants in the process because they make him a better clinician, a better service provider, and a better person.
