The staff here is absolutely incredible! Warm friendly greetings from to the time you walk in to the time you walk out their door. They pay such close attention to their patients in every way a parent could ask for. My 3 year old twins are such handfuls whenever we come here but between the assistants and the doctors, they go above and beyond to make the children feel safe and happy along with making dental hygiene fun for kids of all ages to learn and understand. I can't emphasize enough how amazing all their staff is! Keep up the great work team and thank you all for all you do for the kids!

First time visiting dentist for my son. Dr. Rose was really friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We were really happy and highly recommended for pediatric dentistry. We are will definitely come back to Dr. Rose

Amazing pediatric dentist. My husband took our 3.5 year old daughter and she was super nervous. The dentist made her feel so comfortable, had great bedside manner, made believe each tooth was a Disney princess and had many other tricks to distract my baby/ ease her nerves. My husband was very impressed! Will be going there again and again! Also, a friend referred us here and said great things about all the dentists in the practice!

I switched the insurance plan but they didn't want to check my insurance coverage on the spot so you have to pay the whole amount. Then they submitted the claim to my old insurance, so they rejected it. Now I don't even know how long I have to wait for them to resubmit the claim to my new insurance and reimburse me.

I have been taking my son to Edgewater Pediatric for years and the Dr Rosalie and the entire staff are friendly, helpful and always able to answer your questions. I would highly recommend!!!

Beware of price gouging by the billing co-ordinator. It is my understanding that 2 cleanings are covered free under insurance, but only one fluoride application is covered free per year. I was unaware of Fluoride cost until I was informed at time of check out. The dental office did not get a consent from me prior to my child's 2nd cleaning as they were unaware that Fluiride was applied for 1st cleaning at a different pediatric dentist office. I was just asked for $75 at time of check out. The dental office should have checked with insurance coverage prior to scheduling the cleaning and informing me it was covered by insurance. Instead, billing co-ordinator ( Black American ) refused to acknowledge the oversight and had a chip on her shoulder and concocted a story of me being rude. I called on 3 occasions in my attempt to talk to Dr. Nguyen but I never got the courtesy of a return call. Instead, I got a letter in mail from dental office that the doctor patient relationship has been severed and $75 bill is outstanding. Bottom line, while I thought Dr. Nguyen is a good pediatric dentist, the staff is the front face of a pediatric dental office and they are poorly trained in customer service relations. However, they do participate in archaic billing practices and overselling cosmetic enhancements which borders on consumer billing fraud. I have going to NYC dentist office and I have never been overbilled during the time for 2 regular cleanings mandated by insurance.

Everyone at Edgewater Pediatric Dentistry was super nice and great with my son. Made his first dentist visit a breeze and helped this anxious mama get through it. The office staff was amazing and very sweet. So glad I found Edgewater Pediatric Dentistry.

Took my daughter for her 1st pediatric dentist visit. As soon as you enter the office you and your child feel welcome. Office is very clean. Staff is caring and friendly. Doctor Rachel is so sweet and gentle with the kids. Very professional, explained everything with detail and answered all my questions. Totally recommend.

This time I came with my two boys 2.5 years old Alan and 8 years old Ian. Ian is Dr. Rachel's patient for about 3 years. He always enjoys dental visits because of the outstanding experience this office creates for him. This time he even got a birthday gift and the office sang happy birthday before cleaning! Alan enjoyed his first cleaning and was very excited with the goodies he received after cleaning. After this visit brushing goes much easier. Thank you Dr. Rachel Edelman for being such an amazing dentist!

I highly recommend Edgewater Pediatric Dentistry. All the doctors and staff are kind, friendly and they go above and beyond to keep your child at ease and entertained. Dr. Racheal was so patient, sweet and she managed to make every step of the way feel like a fun Disney experience! Very grateful for this place.

We absolutely love this place. Everyone is always such a pleasure to be around. My daughter is always here excited to go to her appointments. The best pediatric dentist ever. They had my daughters name on this cute letter board. Showed her models of teeth and had her brush them. Dr Gopi was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the staff was so sweet. They let her watch Encanto as they brushed her teeth with chocolate toothpaste lol. She even got a ballon and a goody bag. I wish I had them as my dentist as a kid highly recommend!!

Highly recommend! It was my first time taking my 2 yr old to the dentist and they were very friendly, patient and professional with us. Everything was explained and made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely be going back.
