The office staff and the doctor were very nice and explained every step of the emergency root canal I needed to have done. I had an infection and it needed to be treated properly because I have an artificial hip and cannot risk sepsis. It is now day two and I am still waiting for them to get their act together and get the prescription for the antibiotic called into the pharmacy correctly. Doesn't seem like it should be that difficult a task but apparently it is and it does not leave me much confidence for having work repeated here in the future. Update: problem was corrected very quickly and they were very responsive to me which I appreciate. I had my follow up appointment today and I must say that I truly like Dr. Justin Weiss. He's very caring towards the patient and he explains everything he's doing as he does it to try and put you more at ease.

Very friendly staff. Doctor Heydrich worked on my tooth and explained everything he was doing. I have dental phobia and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed with his good attitude and personality.

Very professional and caring. One thing I noticed from my days managing a music store in Nashville was the fact our company required certain etiquette for answering the phone. I noticed both ladies doing an extremely professional job when answering which reflects on how professional and well run this business is. Highly recommend.

Your office was highly reccomended by my dentist recently. He was spot on! Dr. Heydrich and staff are very professional, courteous, friendly and thorough. My experience was top notch and I will definitely return should the need arise. Thanks for all you did and do.

Dr. Heydrich and his techs, Liz and Leslie, were reassuring and accommodating throughout both days of my root canal procedures. Kind, soothing people! Dr. Heydrich's calming voice combined with the way he educated me about each step helped put me at ease.

I was pleasantly surprised with the staff as they were very kind and showed interest in your situation. The staff and doctor was so polite and very knowledgeable they were up front about what the situation was and what was needed. I would recommend Edgewater Endodontics to anyone. If I need another root canal I won't go to anyone else. Thanks again for the great work.

Never again! Had root canal on front tooth. Done from the back of the tooth. Was fully reclined, causing back pain. Told them had back issues (scoliosis in thoracic and lumbar regions, with spinal stenosis in the lumbar). Ignored. Then, head was hyperexteded to the point the doc could look straight down at the back of my front tooth! Told him I had a plate in my (cervical) neck. Again, ignored. Finally done. Got home, but felt something not right. Had absolutely no appetite, and ate nothing. Two days later, went to reg. dentist for permanent filling. Next day, as still no appetite, went to garage to get a Slim Fast. Leaned on the cart (all our carts and boxes on dollies and carts so we don't have to lift). Cart moved. I went down to the floor. I could not feel my right leg at all. Hubby could not get me up, so called the fire department, who got me up. I had never had a problem like this, as I do all our yard word without problem. One week, no appetite, lost 10 pounds. Now, planning on calling spine surgeon to see if he can help. Can't live like this. Gave two stars, as tooth fixed, ok. Just the treatment sucked!

I was extremely anxious about the root canal due to some really bad experiences. They were so patient and calming. I will definitely recommend anyone to go there!! They are the best!

Professional, very concerned about my well being explaining everything as it was about to occur. Totally painless, and relaxing again keeping me informed. I would highly recommend this group, especially Doctor Gari who I had.

I had a root canal done here and Dr. Heydrich and everyone at Edgewater treated me exceptionally. The procedure was explained perfectly and the staff was very reassuring and accommodating. I would highly recommend Edgewater to anyone who needs specialized dental needs!

I was extremely anxious coming in. Dr.Gari and his assistant (I can't remember her name but she was lovely) were so patient and calming. Funny even. I will definitely recommend anyone to go there!!

Had some complicated dental work done and couldn't be happier. Staff was easy to set up appointments with, went strait in for my appointment, no long waiting times, lobby and all of the office was spotless and super well maintained. Dr. Gari was outstanding, super patient and explained everything to me, gave me my options and asked if I had any questions and was genuinely concerned for my well being. During the process they always took the time to ensure I was doing great and even gave me the time line in where we were in the process and at what point etc. Christina was my tech on all visits and she even used a paper towel to open a drawer to remove a sterile item for the procedure! Again super clean with great process' in place. Would recommend and will go back.

Dr. Gari and Kristina did a great job with my root canal. They put me at ease and I had very less discomfort. I was very nervous coming in but all went well. I highly recommend them.

From the first phone call to going home the staff is friendly and informative. After having to deal with dental pain and discomfort for years it's nice to have relief and a plan for a permanent fix. Thank you billing department for jumping through the VA hoops, truly appreciate being able to get proper care.

I came in for a root canal and was having some pretty extreme dental anxiety. The whole staff was super friendly and reassured me the whole time. The root canal and novocaine shots were literally 100% painless! The procedure also went pretty quickly and they allowed me to wear headphones which was super relaxing. The office was super clean too, and Dr. Gari was super friendly and kind to me. Thank you!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The whole staff is amazing and the endodontist was absolutely great. I had a root canal done and they were very reassuring and gentle. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and did a great job! Thank you guys so much.

For care I was dreading the staff and Dr were very professional and caring. The office was clean and staff was very helpful. They even called to check on me the next day. I would highly recommend this Endodontics practice if like me you needed one. My Doctor did an awesome job especially on the numbing.

I entered this office for an appointment. The receptionist was on the phone as I entered. After a couple of minutes she got off the phone and recognized me. I started to check in and in the process she indicated that I needed to wear a Mask. I calmly enquired that this was a Dental Office, and why were they still requiring Masks. Dentists requiring a patient to wear a Bacteria toxic mask that is not only bad for peoples health, but conducive to the Bacteria growth in the mouth. They should be educated that masks are not safe PPE for the public. But I didn't get that sentence out when the receptionist Rudely and aggressively indicated "You can't talk to me like that". I then attempted to finish my question, and again before I completed the question, she again BOLDLY repeated her statement "You can't talk to me like that" She proceeded to tell me a lie that the CDC "REQUIRED" that all their patients wear a mask. Not true... The CDC never required anyone to wear a mask and only gave recommendations to wear masks. That was several months ago, and since all the Government entities in Florida have stopped their requirement. I did walk out of the office offering the F word in response to her inappropriate behavior. I posted some education for them on their FaceBook page which was quickly deleted by them. The information included much information to educate them on Masks and gave indication of my credentials to be able to give the education. This receptionist with her "Karen" attitude shouldn't be in the position there. This Business shows a lack of caring for their patients health.

I highly recommend Edgewater Endodontics! This was my first time there for a redo root canal. The staff from the front desk to the doctor's assistant were all amazing! Very professional, friendly and sweet. I seen Dr. Gari who was absolutely amazing. My appointment was just for a consultation but he was able to squeeze my redo root canal into his schedule for me since I had taken off work and he tried his best to accommodate me. I was extremely grateful. He didn't have to do that but he did. Not only that, he was sweet, patient and gave updates as to what he was doing and the progress we were making. Excellent bedside manners. He was also very thorough as to what to expect with pain and the healing process. It was refreshing to meet a doctor like him! Also, the very next day the office called to check on me and see how I was feeling. Just overall an amazing office!
