Eden Shores is top 5 for dental work. My cleaning with Dr. Sanchez was excellent. Dr. Sanchez and his assistants are very professional, gentle, proficient, and kind. The atmosphere is modern. You feel at ease, laid back, and relaxed.

Excellent service and care! Made me feel like a like the dentist! Had deep cleanings and wisdom teeth extraction, by far the most comfortable it could have been. Definitely making this my dentist from here on out. 10/10 recommend.

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I've been going with them for almost a year now for keeping up and cleaning. Every visit is like visiting friends. I couldn't be happier with the results. I love the design / high tech and atmosphere of this new dental clinic , I would highly recommend it !

I discovered Eden shores dental care a few months back and this place is a amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. The dental work is executed smooth with no pain. The office is also very modern with top of the line equipment. I highly recommend this spot!

This is my first time here and I am so glad to say that I've found my new permanent dentist for myself and my family. Dr. Sanchez is highly skilled and has a very light touch. He also utilizes the latest in high tech dental tools and devices to perform his work better and faster. His staff makes for such a delightful cohesive Team!

First of all, I need to say my review is not about the doctor's qualification. It's about the patient care, customer service, and COVID protocol! I scheduled an appointment specifically told the scheduler, who happens to be the doctor's wife that I need to be the first patient in the morning. Since I have elderly living with me and a new born I need to take care of, it's very important for me to be healthy. Therefore, I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance. On 2/23/21, I went to the office right before 9, checked in by the front desk who didn't wear a mask, all she had was a face shield not the medical used one. It's the one similar to what the celebrities are wearing. While I was waiting, she went to the back office, came back with a hot drink and a mask. I guess she has a mask, she just choose to not wearing it all the time! She checked me in without letting me know there is a patient ahead of me. I waited for 20 minutes, still heard nothing from them, and no one told me I need to wait a little bit longer due to the doctor is seeing another patient. I asked the front desk, if there is any patient ahead of me. She said yes, and told me that she didn't know until she came in this morning. I mean she knew it when I checked in, but she didn't tell me. And then, I told her I need to reschedule my appointment. She offered me that she can ask the doctor's assistant who is currently helping that patient to take my x-ray right now. Huh, I thought due to COVID, the doctor is only seeing one patient at a time. And also the office is spacing out patient, so they have enough time to sanitize the operation room. So the COVID protocol is flexible at this office? I insisted that I need to reschedule my appointment, and need to be the first one in the morning. She told me I have to wait for another two weeks! I told her if someone else can squeeze in the early morning schedule, why can't you help to get an early morning schedule before 9? The answer is no. I also told her maybe she can ask the doctor's wife who is in charge the scheduling to give me a call back. She said it's highlight unlikely that she will still be my main contact. That's how they treat theirs patient without apologizing and accommodate patient's request!

Warm atmosphere. Receptionist, dentist and assistant were all welcoming people and ensured my mind was at ease while going through my examination. Cracked some jokes in between too! They also were super transparent, checking my dental coverage and ensuring all was covered before I went, in addition to being transparent and letting me know of any work that needs to be done and how the costs would be broken down for subsequent visits. Would definitely continue coming to them again in the future.

I visited Dr Sanchez couple months ago and it was my first time to visit at this place. He requested 10+ fillings in my teeth after check my teeth. I was very surprised and suspicious the result, because I have a good habit of oral hygiene and visited dentist twice a year, in the meanwhile, my previous dentist never proposed any of the fillings. In order to validate the suggestion, I got 2nd and 3rd opinion from two dentists in the last 2 weeks. One is in south bay and one is in union city. Both of them hold a phd degree. They told me this plan was way TOO AGGRESSIVE, and they didn't even think I need to fix any of them. What they suggested was watch them and visit dentist twice a year.

From reception to procedure to payment, my visit was seamless, comfortable and easy. The staff were kind, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Their facilities and equipment are all sparkling new and modern. I've had bad experiences with other dental practices in the past, but Eden Shores made my visit painless (in every sense). I highly recommend!
