Dr.Smith and staff are fantastic very good Dentist very intelligent and caring has worked and fixed many of my teeth... By far the BEST Dentist and staff in Eden and they basically take any insurance so can't get any better than that!

I would stay away from this practice. I Left a message over the weekend and then attempted to call all day on a Monday to get in for an emergency appointment. They never called and I did not get through. Evidently they don't need patients to keep their business operating.

Had a crown put on one of my upper back tooth. Had an appointment at 1:30 pm. Didn't get out of there till 6:00 pm. This was a long day. Still to today. My gum is still very sore.

You can tell service is their priority for their dentistry. They treat their patients with so much care and I can't thank them enough for the service they provide to the community.

I called this office at 3 the time say they close at 5:30 , the receptionist who answered the phone was very rude . I asked about scheduling an appointment she said she couldnt come in today , I was just trying to schedule her an appointment, I then asked her the hours which they close at five she said the dentist was gone for today if I need emergency assistance to call the hot line and she couldnt help me said thank you and goodbye not leaving an emergency number or anything . We just moved here from Florida I must say the way she rushed off the phone showed me she had no southern hospitality
