Dr. Kirsten Riester grew up in the Cleveland, Ohio area and then moved to New York for her higher education. Her undergraduate degree is from the State University of New York at Geneseo and she received her professional degree from the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. She graduated with honors distinction in 2008 and followed with a residency at the VA hospital in Buffalo.
Since 2009, Dr. Riester has been working in various private practice locations. In 2013, Dr. Riester started working in Eden and then purchased the dental office of Dr. Meyer in 2016. The office was renamed Eden Family Dental, PLLC to reflect the practice intent to serve our community and surrounding area. She keeps up to date with the latest dental technologies through continuing education courses and membership in the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Society, and 8th District Dental Society.
Dr. Riester and her husband Patrick are very proud to raise their growing family in Eden. Their two daughers, Natalie and Coralyn, can commonly be seen running through the halls of the office and try to steal extra toys from the Treasure Chest.

First time visitor. Called with a severe toothache and they were able to accommodate me in a very reasonable time as a non-patient. The gentleman at the front desk was easy to work with and listened closely. Dr. Riester and her assistant (Maggi?) were excellent in explaining the various steps and made every effort to make me comfortable. This was the first dental experience in my adult life where I have not experienced any pain whatsoever. I have always assumed that pain is a normal part of dentistry, but I'm learning that's not the case. What a huge relief! Definitely recommend them based on this experience.

I have been into the office a few times so far. I Highly recommend Eden Family Dental. Dr. Kirsten Riester is very friendly and professional. She did an amazing job and for the first time in 15 years I want to smile again!! :)

Eden Family Dental is Amazing!! They were covering for my regular dentist, who was closed for vacation. The staff took such great care of me! They treat me like I was one of their regular patients!! The front desk staff are so friendly and caring!! The dental technician was so understanding and made my experience a great one, even though I was in so much pain! Dr. Riester and Dr. Meyer are both such caring and amazing drs! Thank you for helping me with my dental emergency. I highly recommend this dental practice!!! Lyndsay Wiacek
