I went into ecorse dental because I had and emergency ! I have a family dentist for 16 yrs now Wyandotte family dental. The only reason I visited this establishment was because two dentists was out on maternity leave and there was only one dr working the schedule was on overload. Well the dentist at ecorse dental filled a chip tooth well it came out ,i went back in for the second time and filling came out AGAIN... I called back and spoke to office staff which turns out to be the manager she lied to me because the other young lady didn't come in,and told me she had to speak to the manager...Miriam ! She lied!!! Because she was the manager ! it's only fair to refund some of my money ! because I went back to my own dentist... I spoke to manager and she was very short .cut you off mid stream conversation... only to find out she's not going to give anything back mind you I paid CASH owe them nothing I was willing to let them keep $100 of payment... You will never be blessed if this is how you treat your customers ( I'm speaking of the office manager NOT MIRIAM SHE SHOULD BE THE MANAGER... because the other lady is running customers off. ) this statement is directed to the owner...... really sadddddd now I have to pay another invoice !!!!

Friendly staff and they will get the job done but pretty lackadaisical about things. Mistakes on there end added 8 weeks to the time for me to get dentures. If you're in a hurry I would suggest someplace else but if you're not then you can try here. The doctor is competent and personable wait times aren't too bad.

I will never come here again 3 weeks of scheduling just to not have a tooth fixed. 3rd appoint scheduled to have it filled and she only did a cleaning. She then stated that the tooth could no longer be saved without even looking in my mouth. Had she did it the first 2 times I scheduled to get the filling never would have led to the pain I had. I went to another dentist and they saved my tooth same day no issue. Only thing good here is dental tech. Dentist is unprofessional and doesn't do her jpb.

Was an overall pleasant experience , the staff was very friendly. There was a little bit of waiting , but once dentist saw me he did a quick and thorough job cleaning my teeth. Will definitely be back in 6 months

Dentist was so sweet and takes her time with all her patients. I love coming here and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly. This office feels like a home. It is so warm and cheerful. The dentist is so honest and really cares.
