Yes I want to this place back in 2017 I must've went there 10 times spent at least 4 to 6 hours there each time let's just say to this date 2022 I still do not have my dentures and now I have stomach problems that are getting treated by prescribed medications these doctors need to be held accountable for the fact that you go to these places thinking that you're bettering yourself and at the end you wish you never did it specially when someone's got a built-in board the size of Mount Rushmore that says home of the one day denture while here I am five going on six years later I think it might be a decade before I get anything handled but I think we all need to come together and sign a petition and get some results because this is not fair think about all the old people and people's grandmas maybe your grandma you just don't know it that are suffering because they don't know no better and don't call and make a grievance or complaint no let's come together and make this happen because there's too many of us walking around that way we don't need to be but yet we are nobodies to them so we have to unite and show them that we are not just nobodies we are human just like them and they would not do this to their brother sister mom's dad cousins nephews aunts uncles or loved ones and this is just insane that there's so many people suffering While this place gets rich Facebook petition signing if you were a great freedom of speech I believe this is just one dentist office imagine come binding

Wait time at least 3 hours. Front desk workers are rude and unprofessional. Tried to reschedule appointments only to be treated inhumane. I'm dealing with someone on hospice and cancer since 2012 and only rescheduled when sonething regarding care for my significant other with cancer NOT HECAUSE I JUST DIDNT FEEL LIKE GOING THAT DAY.

I was only supposed to have a couple of broken teeth pulled and they were making me a partial upper plate and a partial lower plate. Their doctor pulled all of my top teeth and said sorry that he had made a mistake I am devastated and they gave me free dentures and told me they wouldn't charge me for the extractions don't go here it is horrible now the Doctor has moved to Lake Mary BEWARE

Wait time at least 3 hours. Front desk workers are rude and unprofessional. Tried to reschedule appointments only to be treated inhumane. Set up appointment to have my girlfriend's wisdom teeth extracted. When she gets there, they take x-rays, and the dentist pulled out 1 bad tooth, no wisdom teeth. During the process he hurt her neck, and lip. She asked him what of my wisdom teeth, and his response was "oh we don't do that here". My question is why did they even start working on her, when I specifically asked the receptionist if they performed wisdom teeth extractions and she said yes. Everyone from the nurses to the doctor were extremely rude, obnoxious, and very unprofessional. Lucky for them, I was at work, because if I witnessed what she went thru, the health department would have gotten a phone call. Someone should investigate. I'm sure I'm not the only person with such a complaint!!!! Don't Go There!

So i went here skeptical because of the bad rating. Im a very poor person(every dentist i went to before this place said 12,000 dollars this place said 5000). Im 27 years old with no insurance. This place has the greatest people. The dentist was so patient and kind. Hes helping me. I will not go anywhere else nor will my family. A++

The entire group from reception to Dr. were friendly and knowledgeable. I am so happy with the service and absolutely love my dentures. I left all smiles. There was a lot of waiting but, well worth the time spent!

I would not take my dog to this place. You go in with pain from dentures, without even looking at you they talk money first. My dentures have not fit for 4+ years, do they care? NO. So rude. Especially Gabby!! The old man doctor is rude as well. I can't keep my dentures in unless using 1/2 bottle of adhesive. Was there once before and charge $22 now I'm told that is the wrong price by Gabby, girl needs to go as well as rest of the rude uncaring staff. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Was just there last week and didn't even bother to look at the damage the dentures are doing. THE WORST PLACE AND NASTY TOO. Now I have been asking for my records and can't get those. I'have not been able to eat right in years, liquids and foods get between upper dentures. No reply from Jacksonville or So Daytona offices. NOT RECOMMENDED. Reported to the Health Dept. my dentures need to be properly fixed without me paying again. I don't even want to give 1 star

RUDE,RUDE AND HATEFUL. Arrogant doctor, and assistant not much better. I not only told but showed doctor which teeth were problem. Thank you doctor troll face . Worst dental visit ever. Both doctor and assistant actually yelled at me . Stay away, stay far far away from this place.

Front office staff in South Daytona were not pleasant. Wait time is horrible. Too many scheduled at the same time. We never got out of the bldg till close to 5 pm.

First of all Rude unprofessional front desk workers. Then this place smelled like sewer water like there water is out of a porter potty it was disguisting in there. You wait hours to be seen, I'm about to leave just disguisting unsanitary and rude unprofessional staff that don't even acknowledge you when you walk in.
