If I could give zero Stars I would. Your staff schedule for my son for a follow-up appointment for work already been completed and paid for. He was taken in for treatment and given anesthesia unnecessarily before it was discovered the work had already been done. How this can happen I don't know, but the only explanation I got is that there was a glitch in the system and we're sorry from the receptionist. I would think that as a doctor you would have made yourself available to explain what happened and why.

Dr. Yamashiro is an expert in dentistry with the best patient care I have ever experienced. She saved my tooth that other dentists told me needed a root canal and a crown, and that saved me thousands of dollars. Now, years later, that tooth is still going strong. I'm so glad I found Ecologic Dentistry.

I appreciate being able to see a dentist who is looking at my overall Heath and well being through what is happening in my mouth and my teeth. Comfortable setting, easy access, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Having a financial care plan made my care affordable. Thank you!

I am very concerned about the standard practice of dentistry with all the mercury and toxic substances that the average dentist uses. Dr. Yamashiro shares my views completely. If you want an Ecologic dentist without having to drive to Seattle, this is the place to go.

From the beginning this dentist office was friendly, open, non-judgemental and non-discriminatory. They provided the most thorough assessment and asked questions about sleep, medical history and lifestyle. I would recommend this office a hundred times over. I believe I found my dentist.

It's always a pleasure to visit Ecologic Dentistry. The staff is friendly and Dr. Yamashiro is good at explaining anything you have questions about. I'll always choose a whole person dentist for my dental needs. They truly look at prevention rather than "fixing" something that doesn't need to be messed with.

I used to have extreme anxiety, going to the dentist, due to painful experiences in the past... Until now... I feel so beyond blessed and grateful that my search for a holistic dentist led me to Dr. Carla at Ecologic Dentistry!!! I had a tooth fixed there yesterday, and was treated with the utmost care... I had zero pain during the procedure and am thrilled to report that I am completely pain free today!!! I'm actually in tears writing this, tears of gratitude and relief... I'm looking forward to having my whole family treated at this wonderful office... The staff is so incredibly helpful and friendly and Dr. Carla is truly the best dentist I could have wished for... Thank you for helping me release my anxiety toward dental care!!! Feeling so beyond blessed...

I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Yamashiro and her team. I had extensive work done and never had any pain or problems needing follow-up. The entire staff are consummate professionals and leaders in their field. They set the standard all dental offices should strive for.

As I was comfortably waiting for Dr. Yamashiro to come check on my pearly whites, the thought came to me how great this dental office is. The whole staff is kind and pleasant to be around. Ashley takes great care at cleaning and inspecting my teeth and gums and providing great oral hygiene recommendations. Dr. Yamashiro has a very holistic and personal approach to my dental needs. I truly believe she is a leader in dental care.

The dentist explained my options very clearly regarding pinhole surgery for gum recession vs the causes of it. She was kind and broke down the info in basic terms.. This free consultation helped me decide to seek out root cause solutions vs the surgery. Thanks doc!

This office is so efficient and careful with all the details. They handle insurance and appointments etc. so well and promptly. Dr. Yamashiro is wonderful and caring and spends all the time required to help you understand what is needed for your personal care.

Dr. Carla is such a kind and knowledgeable holistic dentist and the entire energy of Ecologic Dentistry is why we consider this to be one of the best dental practices around the greater Seattle-Tacoma area. Since my son was a toddler (he is now almost 9) he has never feared going to the dentist. I believe everyone that works there is honestly interested in whole body health. We recommend this dentist to all of our family and friends, even though its a bit of drive from Seattle, I have not found its equal closer home.

I never wanted to have a large tooth extracted, but because of Dr Yamashiro's commitment to providing the best possible outcome for the continued health of her patients, this was what was required. What she was able to do was not only the extraction, but she did a bone grafting technique that I didn't even know was available or possible. She gently removed the tooth, cleaned out meticulously the underlying infection, did the graft procedure out of my own materials. WOW! I was relieved, impressed and really, really thankful for her skill and knowledge. My mouth and the socket healed great and are better prepared for any future cosmetic appliance or implant... but at this point I do not feel the need to do anything further. I travel a great distance to be able to have Dr Yamashiro as my dentist. I know whatever she needs to do for the health of my teeth, will affect the health of the rest of me and I trust her.
