As new patients to Dr. Carstairs at Eclipse Dentistry, we couldn't have been more pleased with our first visit. Dr. Carstairs and his staff were very personable, professional and attentive to our concerns and needs. We appreciate the time they took to thoroughly explain everything pertaining to our care and making sure we understood. From the first impressions made with Jennifer in the front office, the dental hygienists, the dental assistant and with Dr. Carstairs, it was such a pleasant experience. Best dental visit , I have been searching for a dentist for a long time ,I'm happy to say I have found an office that I truly like and feel comfortable. Everyone that works there was kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend!

Everything was explained thoroughly while seeing images of my teeth on the screen. Staff was very friendly and most importantly took care of my teeth. High recommendation from me.

Very impressed! Just moved to Heritage Palms in the desert and needed to find a dentist. Saw that Dr. Carstairs had amazing recommendations on the Neighborhood app. so we thought we'd give him a try. We went today for the first time and we're very pleased. First: communications. They texted to confirm our appointments, then texted a reminder a week before, then again the day before. The day of the appointment, they texted to let us know to text from the car to tell them that we were there. They acknowledged, then texted when it was ok to enter the lobby. Second: Staff. Very organized and personable. Charming and professional. Third: Dr. Carstairs. The most comprehensive exam I have ever had and I'm over 60! Great "chair side" manner. He explains things thoroughly and answers questions completely and patiently. Overall, a great experience.

Dental treatment, always makes me nervous. Before my dental visit was over. Dental treatment, Was no longer scary! Truly believe seeing with my own eyes. My teeth enlarged with pictures & X-rays. On a big screen was proof. Making me see what's actually happening inside my mouth. Thank you Dr. Carstairs for taking the time. That was needed too explain, all my oral health needs an insurances coverage. Understanding everything that's going on, truly did help take away all that nervousness . Eclipse Dentistry *****

My family has been using Eclipse Dentistry for a few years now and they are a great team and the Dr. is outstanding. Very gentle and understanding of dental anxiety. Excellent dentist for my family.

Everyone thinks their dentist is above average so word of mouth and most reviews don't help a lot when you need to identify a great dentist. I have been through enough serious dental work to know a great dentist when I am treated by one and I will share with you why I am certain that Dr. Jamie Carstairs is a superb general dentist. I am hard to numb. Dentists send me home with notes on what eventually worked, that's how hard it is to numb my teeth. My bite is tricky so dentists tend to grind my crowns after they're in. Four crowns, four dentists, all of them grinding away on my not-quite-numb mouth. I know when crowns are just right, I know good numbing when I don't feel it and I need a superb dentist who can achieve both without trial and error. Dr. Jamie Carstairs at Eclipse Dentistry did six crowns and five fillings for me and got everything perfect on the first try. He's meticulous, patient, kind and he takes insurance... his office, staff and equipment are great... but the reason to go to Eclipse Dentistry is because Dr. Carstairs is exceptionally good at avoiding your pain and getting your teeth just right.
