Donna confirmed she took both my kid's insurance, when we got there "oh we don't take that insurance. So now I am stuck with broken appointment fee or pay for the service. My daughter was suppose get her teeth cleaned and talk a problem. Oh low and behold Donna didn't put her in to get her teeth cleaned so now we have to come back another out of pocket expense! Dr. Eckman and has no politeness about him and maybe he should considering retiring. Also Dr. Eckman broke HIPPA talking about my daughter's care with me when she is 19yro and didn't give consent

I've been going here since 2016. The receptionist Donna is very friendly and accommodating to your schedule. Janet has been who has cleaned my teeth and she is very gentle and thorough. We see Dr. Drew for myself and my children. He is great with them and puts us at ease. We have had Kristen also when needing a filling or other issue. She is also very nice and I know I am in good hands. They take our insurance and always work with us if any issues arise. I have had other dentists in the past and I really love this office!

My family and I have been very happy with the friendly and caring staff. My family have dietary restrictions and have to be careful even with ingredients in dental products. Eckman's checked to make sure the products they use are safe for them and we have not had any issues. I also went to them as a second opinion as a previous dentist was not sitting well with me on some things. The Dr examined my teeth and confirmed my suspicion that all was well and I didn't need a costly procedure that I was being pressured to do. Eckman's has earned my trust and my whole family's business.

I went to the younger doctor... he pulled my tooth in a horrible way...and never gave me an antibiotic. Needless to say, after terrible pain.I went back. Did he give me an antibiotic? No..he just packed it with foul tasting and smelling stuff (think it was cloves)...The whole experience was horrible. Maybe the other doctor was better.....just ask for the older one....or try someplace else

I have gone to Dr. Eckman's office since I have had teeth. They have always treated my family wonderfully. I could never say a bad thing about them. They do a terrific job cleaning your teeth. I now live over an hour away and I still go to them to get my teeth checked, because of how amazing they are.

Dr. Eckman came to open office at 9pm to treat my son when lives 30 minutes away. Wow, just wow! He went above and beyond. I can't be more impressed and happy. A very passionate amazing caring doctor! How can I ever thank you??
