Used their service twice this year and I will try somewhere else next year. They surprised me with the bill again today because they did services which are not covered by my insurance without my consent. At the recent time when I visited them, I didn't even get a chance to see the dentist, who was on vacation, but they billed my insurance the same amount of money. The communication with them was frustrated. The "family" seems don't communicate with each other very well.

I had the best dental experience ever! Impressed with my teeth cleaning. Very thorough, and probably the best cleaning I have ever had. And Dr. Colby Eckland was exceptional. Very personable, knowledgeable, and I appreciated the extra time to explain my X-rays and photos. And not to forget the office staff. Very helpful in arranging my appointment, and providing me with necessary info. All in all, an amazing first time visit to your office. I'm so excited to have a new dentist.

Trips to the dentist are now appointments I look forward to and enjoy! Dr. Colby Eckland does amazing work and stays on the leading edge of technology and treatments, all while providing preventative advice for great dental health - you'll enjoy getting to know one of the most interesting Dr's out there! The hygienists are amazing, and I've been fortunate to be scheduled with Emma for multiple cleanings, and her communication and attention to detail makes for a super smooth visit. Mila is always ahead of the appointments and reminders, and she's prepared for each step of the way and always with a smile and fun attitude - don't take my word for it, schedule your next visit with EFD!

Dr. Eckland has always been a stellar professional who's taken great care to offer quality dentistry. The entire staff is pleasant and professional, yet personable, so I can't recommend them enough. I've been coming here for roughly 15 years and they've always taken great care of me! Emma is a fantastic hygienist who's thorough in her work and pleasantly brief in her explanations. If you're looking for a new dentist, now you're done! :)

Dr. Eckland and his team are amazing - professional, efficient, and friendly. I've been a patient there for a couple of years and am continually impressed with the high level of service I receive. No one likes going to the dentist, but if you're going, I strongly recommend Dr. Eckland and his team!

Doctor Colby is great. I've been her for four years. But the front desk Mila is not doing her job at all. She knows nothing. She asked me to come to do gum therapy but she never sent me the necessary and correct information of billing. When I came to the office, she told me she never got pre authorization and she didn't know how much I would pay out of pocket. But I called so many times to ensure I should get all the information. She simply doesn't know how to do her job and maybe shouldn't get a job in the first place.

I've been a patient of Dr. Colby Eckland for years. He and his staff are expert, professional and personal. They use the latest technology and always office good advice. Emma makes teeth cleaning a pleasant, comfortable experience. I highly recommend them.

The moment I walked in the staff were very friendly, accommodating, friendly and very professional. Anna, at the front desk has great customer service. She greets you with a big smile which makes a big impression that I came to the right dental office that will be able to be a great service for me. Donna, who access my dental work and cleaning is just the best. She makes you feel so comfortable and she's so good at what she does. I love it when she's working on you she's very detailed and explained as she goes along and work around your teeth. Dr. Colby, it's a pleasure to meet you and hopefully you'll be able to work wonders to make my beautiful smile. Even just for a moment to render your assessment, I know I came to the right dentist. Thank you for taking me in. I look forward to your magical touch for a healthy dental work hope you're ready for a challenge as I need a lot work done. Another added addition to the Eckland Family Dentistry is Emma whose been taking great care for my healthy teeth. She really fit in with this family dental care. I feel so comfortable when she's working on me. I won't see anyone else cleaning my teeth. Emma is just wonderful.

Excellent dental office - Colby himself as well as the rest of his staff. Everyone is focused on providing the latest care options, above and beyond the basic cleaning & X-rays. Been going here for years, and plan to for many more.

I very much enjoyed my first cleaning with Emma. It was unique because she took photos inside my mouth so I could see all of my teeth. She was kind and friendly.
