Dr. Eby & his staff are extremely pleasant & caring. Gail & I felt very at ease & comfortable with everyone. The office is extremely cleans & pleasant. We thank them all. He is a wonderful dentist.

They do not discuss any prices with you. I told the office I had a free cleaning and 250.00 available with my insurance she said ok. I had work done on the same 2 teeth was was supposedly fixed on my last visit. My insurance was billed for the check up and cleaning, the 250.00 additionally I was billed 170.00. The teeth are still giving me problems. I've called the office 4 times with no answer. They hired a new secretary n I felt like she explained things to me in more detail. I went in and Dr. Eby worked on the 2 teeth that I was having trouble with at no charge . So far so good, they all are actually pretty pleasant.

My sons don't love the dentist but they don't have going to the dentist with their very friendly family oriented staff.

My three year old daughter just had her first dental visit and I was so pleased with the staff and service. Our hygienist was Connie and she explained everything in a perfect way to keep my daughter at ease. Our visit was very positive!

this office made me wait a long time and then took me back and looked in my mouth and said they needed to make me come back. they couldn't do a regular yearly cleaning because I had sensitive gums. they sent me a bill and billed my insurance over $400 and they only "picked" at my teeth for about 1 minute. my insurance said that was the yearly cleaning I was only allowed once a year and the copay was $130. I was so mad. they totally scammed me and did nothing but got paid. I reported it to my insurance but they said they could do nothing about it. I got many letters and bills and they finally threatened to send it to collections. I wrote and talked to the office and told them the assistant who looked at my teeth didnt do anything and told me to schedule another appointment, but they didnt care. this was because they were busy and didnt have time for a cleaning. I was there and willing. they got paid for NOTHING!!! I will never go back!!! I think they dont want to take people on disability insurance because they cant run the bill up and get paid as much. The look for the money cows. the cashier wanted the copay for the visit at the door at the time of visit too.
