Dr. Arianas goal for patients is always to provide them with a beautiful smile that not only complements their face but also ensures their smile is healthy and functions properly. Patients often spend a significant amount of time and energy searching for solutions to their dental problems only to be misdiagnosed or go untreated. Dr. Ariana finds it rewarding to offer patients real solutions that can change their lives.
Dr. Ariana received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Boston College, Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. Following in her fathers footsteps (Dr. Max), she went on to pursue a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery, which she completed at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, San Francisco, California, a nationally renowned institution of higher learning.
Dr. Arianas education is unique in that she received specialized training from the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI Global), which means she can diagnose and treat issues involving an improper bite, poor oral posture, or a constricted airway. These include headaches, temporomandibular disorders (TMD), facial pain, orthodontic problems, and sleep problems. She has experienced first-hand how these types of oral issues can affect ones life. Her younger sister battled obstructive sleep apnea for many years, before being diagnosed and treated for her condition.
She is the treasurer of the North American Association of Facial Orthotropics, an organization that facilitates a philosophy of natural growth guidance of the face and jaws, to determine correct oral posture.
From 2012-2013, Dr. Ariana was county director of the Monterey Bay Dental Society (MBDS), which brings dental professionals and the public together by sharing informative news regarding dental health. In 2014, she became the vice president of MBDS, the president-elect in 2015, and was the president of MBDS in 2016.
Her certifications include Invisalign, Biobloc Orthotropics, SomnoMed Preferred Provider, meaning she can offer patients the newest, most effective treatments for orthodontics, correcting oral posture, and sleep apnea.
Spreading her knowledge outside of the office, Dr. Ariana lectures dentists and healthcare professionals about neuromuscular dentistry, facial growth guidance, sleep disordered breathing and Orthotropics.
For more than 40 years, Dr. Max Ebrahimians philosophy has always been to help patients live healthy, pain-free lives while having the most beautiful smiles possible. To achieve this goal, Dr. Max has made neuromuscular dentistry a focus in his practice as he continues to learn about the latest information regarding dental topics and education.
How neuromuscular dentistry became the focus of his practice was a result of personal experience for the Ebrahimians. Dr. Max and his family experienced first hand, the devastating effects of untreated obstructive sleep apnea. Back in 2007, Dr. Max, his wife Tina, and Dr Ariana completed a course that inevitably changed the focus of his practice, as well as saving his daughters life. The course featured insight on how the jaw and facial structure impacts fundamental health and issues that relate to TMD, sleep apnea, and facial pain. For years, their youngest daughter suffered from constant fatigue and snored while sleeping. It was at this course that they learned the effects of obstructive sleep apnea, and how to test for it. Upon returning home, Dr. Max was able to apply his newfound knowledge and run tests to determine that his daughter did, in fact, suffer from obstructive sleep apnea. This discovery literally saved her life!
Dr. Max began his education by receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California. He later went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington, D.C. He is a fellow at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI Global) in Las Vegas, Nevada. LVI Global is a world-renowned learning institution for post-graduate studies for dentists.
His certifications mean that patients at Ebrahimian Integrative Dentistry are receiving extraordinary care, with the latest techniques in dentistry. Dr. Max is certified in Invisalign (orthodontics), Biobloc Orthotropics (facilitates correct oral posture), SomnoMed (for treating sleep apnea).
Dr. Max employs his extensive knowledge of dentistry beyond his practice by lecturing to other dentists and healthcare professionals in the realm of neuromuscular dentistry, sleep disordered breathing, Biobloc Orthotropics, and facial growth guidance.
As a journalism and communications major in college, I never saw myself in the dental field. But after managing the family business for over 20 years, I have come to enjoy every aspect of my position. My commitment to the practice extends far beyond the front desk. Having attended over 90% of the continuing education that the doctors attend, I am one of the few dental office managers who truly understands patients unique dental needs and treatment options. I find it very fulfilling to act as a concierge for all of our guests whether walking people through the new patient experience or catching up with long-time patients my job allows me to share the excitement the entire team has for our profession here at Ebrahimian Integrative Dentistry.

I find everyone in this practice to be gentle and caring. And everyone and everything is sparkling clean-a real comfort. To put this review into perspective: I was raised on fluoridated water so have very strong enamel, almost no cavities and no fear of the dentist. I love getting my teeth cleaned and having that clean mouth feel for a few weeks.

We were referred by our midwife after our newborn was suspected of a tongue tie. The staff were extremely accommodating, getting us in on very short notice, super friendly and caring throughout. Dr Ariana was very knowledgeable, thorough and made plenty of time to go through details, reasons and concerns. Great practice, highly recommended.

Exceptional!!! I've been to many dentists over the years and Dr. Ariana, Dr. Max, Tina and the entire office are superb. I've been a patient for 8 years, but only wish I had found them sooner. Never has a visit to the dentist been something to actually look forward to until I met this team. It's always a pleasure to go there, they are on time, the office is precisely run, everything is explained in detail and most importantly, they always do incredible work. The whole office is friendly and professional. Dr. Max fit me into his schedule to take care of a tooth that might otherwise have resulted in much serious issues. He took the time and care to craft the crown to properly fit with my other teeth on the first attempt with the aim of ongoing oral health.

Dr. Ariana is brilliant and capable, and she did an amazing job restoring teeth I was born missing. They feel fantastic - strong & comfortable - and look beautiful! Before I saw her, another dentist didn't think he could achieve a natural look w/ my final crowns, so I had low expectations, but Dr. Ariana delivered and FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. Jean Shimizu is another bite-health hero on staff, providing Myofunctional Therapy (like physical therapy for your tongue & facial muscles) that greatly impacts the outcome for breathing and sleeping ability. The whole office is so professional and competent, lead by the wonderful Tina Ebrahimian. They offer amenities that make it almost feel like a spa treatment (warm, lavender-scented towels after a cleaning) and natural products (not icky chemicals). I cracked my tooth and needed to have it repaired during the Covid 19 pandemic I was scheduled for my appointment promptly and received outstanding service and care!
