A smile is one of the first things we notice when meeting someone new, and it makes a lasting impression. Just as important, how we feel about our smile can play a large role in our self-esteem and how we interact with others.

  • We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of the latest, state-of-the-art, orthodontic technologies. In addition to using digital scanners instead of traditional gloopy impressions, we have 3D printers to print your models. These technologies empowerDr. Eberting to diagnose and design your treatment plan fully and accurately. By utilizing the latest orthodontic modalities, he is able to create your most beautiful smile in an efficient, comfortable, and healthy manner.
  • We are committed to providing individualized care, based on your unique clinical and personal concerns, and ensuring you are fully informed of the treatment options before starting the process. Once treatment has begun, we are always available to answer questions, provide progress updates, and address any issues that might arise.
  • We constantly pursue continuing professional education, to learnabout advances that can improve the quality of service we provide. This is critical for us to be able to deliver a pleasant treatment experience and a smile you truly love.
  • I consider myself an extremely blessed and fortunate man to be an orthodontist. It means so much to me that I am able to have a role in creating a dazzling smile and producing a positive outcome for each of my patients.

No two cases are the same, and that is one of the joys of being an orthodontist: with each patient, I am solving a puzzle, determining how I am going to produce a healthy and beautiful smile in the most efficient and effective manner.

Dr. Eberting has been in private practice for nearly two decades. He chose dentistry, then the orthodontic specialty, as his profession following a great experience with his orthodontist. The positive changes in his life as a result of treatment led him to want to help others achieve the same lasting improvement in their self-esteem.

Continuing education, through annual meetings, as well as seminars and lectures, keeps him at the cutting edge of treatment modalities and technologies. This translates to his offering a greater range of treatment options that are delivered in a healthy, safe, and efficient manner.

A native of Allentown, Pennsylvania, Dr. Eberting has resided in Knoxville for almost 20 years. Time with his wife, Virginia and their fourchildren Jaclyn, Juliana, Jeffrey Jr., and Fiona along with his pug, Oscar Bean, is a priority for him.

In his spare time, Dr. Eberting likes running and training for half-marathons; playing the guitar, keyboards, and singing in his band, Midlife Crisis; and attending rock concerts and theatre performances. In addition to attending performances, he has played numerous lead roles in local productions and was a founding board member of the Foothills Community Players theatre company.

Dr. Eberting is an Eagle Scout and a member of the Order of the Arrow. He remains deeply involved with Scouts-BSA, as a former troop committee member and advancement coordinatorfor Troop 46 at Cokesbury United Methodist Church.

I love dentistry and orthodontics and love coming to the office every day! There is nothing boring about my job: receiving pre-authorization approvals from the insurance company is exciting because I know we are going to make a difference in the patients life!

Patricia has two sons and a grandson, and has been a widow since 1997. She and her husband were married for 36 years. She is the music director at Rockford Baptist Church and director of the churchs annual fall festival, too. Patricia loves the outdoors, whether shes camping, boating, fishing, or hiking.

Oscar is our mascot and patient greeter extraordinaire! Since Oscar is a black pug, his dental education is limited. He knows words like outside, food, upstairs, and his name. Hes not so great with come or sit, but were working on it! Oscar enjoys his time in our office, mostly because Dr. Eberting caters to his every whim, our team takes him outside for walks, and Missy keeps treats for him in her office.

Oscar came to live with Dr. Eberting as a birthday present to his son in 2015. He spends a lot of time sleeping and eating. He loves to go outside and lie on the driveway in the sun. Oscar has been known to bark at people he thinks are strangers. Theyre usually scared of his imposing size (not really). He also tends to bark at people on whom he can smell cigarette smoke. If he does this to you, hes really sorry, but hes just looking out for your health and wellness!

First visit today. The entire experience was pleasant from the time we walked in until we left. The reception ladies were fantastic and the Dr. was quick and informative. Spent maybe an hours time total. For them to be super busy, this was the fastest dental appointment we have ever had!

I'm a patient there so I know first hand how the staff is and how they treat people. The staff is awfully rude and, rough with my teeth. Last but not least the parking and the wait time are horrible!!! I would not recommend this office.

So my son has braces and this is the SLOWEST dentist office I have ever been too. No matter what time you get here you have better pack you something to eat I have never been out of here less than an hour I have sit here for over an hour been here for more than 2 hrs before. Oh let's get started on parking! There is no parking! People will show up an hour early and get the parking for people that come at regular time. They schedule multiple people for the same time and they have like 8 parking spaces. I hate this place

My daughter had her braces on for 3 YEARS and 3 months!!!! I had nothing but problem after problem. The orthodontist only saw her at most 3 times... the entire time. Her initial visit, during a complaint from me, and today when she had her braces removed. She was close to losing adult teeth due to his negligence and rushed manner. She had an appliance in her mouth and it was time for her chain on top, The dental assistant ask him (in front of me) shouldn't you take the appliance out first and he said no it'll be fine... (The assistant whispered to me that I should keep a really close eye on her over the next few days) The next day my daughters gums were turning black I had to rush her in to have it taken out so that she didn't lose permanent teeth and I'm not sure that it actually didn't do damage. They wouldn't take me seriously over the phone I had to actually show up and at that time they acted panicked because her gums were black so they took her back and took the appliance out of her mouth. Her brackets were constantly falling off and they said it had to be because she's not eating properly or she's eating things that are too hard, she shouldn't be eating... however that's just not true. One of her brackets popped off while eating a peanut butter sandwich. Come on... There are times that you walk in this office and you have to sit in the floor because there are so many people there. I feel like this orthodontist cares more about padding his pockets with the amount of people he can rush in and out, more than he cares about actually taking care of his patients. Most of his staff agrees.(There have been at least 5 ladies that have let me know how they feel about his practice over this time.) They're just scared to say it in front of him. He doesn't keep staff very long because they don't agree with his negligence. Today just topped the cake for me. She got her braces off and her tooth was drilled into... I asked to speak to him and he came in trying to tell me it was from lack of brushing her teeth... at which point I let him know that was false. Every time she's gone in they've told her she does a great job brushing... There was so much glue build up on her teeth that she couldn't brush in certain places. anyway... He has agreed to let her go get checked out by her dentist and pay for damages caused by him... so that is the most positive thing I can truly say about him and his practice. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Awesome place to take your children! They literally took 10 minutes to change my daughters wires and bands, unlike the other places that take over 40

Dr. Eberting and his staff provided excellent service for my daughter. They developed a comprehensive plan to accomplish the corrective action for her bite and long term dental health. We were always served promptly when arriving for our appointment, never were we kept waiting!!! Overall great experience.
