Honestly this was an amazing experience and I'll tell you why! I have a severe anxiety from the dentist office! I've always feared the dentist because of my visits as a child and how traumatizing it was. This dentist office was extremely professional and insightful. They kept me informed with every new thing they were doing and putting in my mouth and I loved it. It helped my anxiety knowing what they were doing. I'm one of those people that just loves to understand everything as I'm doing it so it was extremely helpful of them to explain what we were doing along each step of the way. I wanted to thank Jessica personally for being so helpful and easing my anxiety. She was extremely clear in her directions and what her procedure was going to be. I was educated on my teeth better than I have ever been educated before by any dentist and that meant so much to me because now I have a better understanding of how to take care of my teeth and my special needs for my teeth. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and within five minutes of filling out my paperwork I was sitting inside the dentist office ready to be worked on. The staff members were all very polite and professional greeting me with good mornings and hi how are you. Overall I would rate my experience as a 10/10 great one because the dentist department actually took time to explain what they were going to do and make sure that I wasn't feeling anxious along the way. I want to say a big thank you to all the staff members that were so helpful! I will be coming back as this is my new permanent dentist office.

Went in for my 6 month cleaning. Everyone from the desk to hygienist to Dr. Ebeling we're so pleasant. Dr. Ebeling is so thorough. I always feel so at ease when I'm there. Thank you

Everyone from the front staff to the dental assistant (I apologize if I didn't recognize if this person was a dental hygienist) to Dr. John Ebeling III were exceptional, both kind, professional and very informative. I'm not a regular patient. I made an appointment because I had a gift certificate, from my wife, for teeth whitening. One would not have been able to tell that I wasn't there as a new patient for comprehensive evaluation...the staff was that thorough. A beautiful experience! By the way, my older daughter is a pediatric dentist (and I'm sending her a copy of this review) :) Keep up the exceptional care (I'll move offices when my DDS retires)!

It's always a pleasure to visit Dr. Ebeling. He listens carefully, treats me with the utmost courtesy and care. And the staff are just as kind an helpful as he is. Highly recommended.

I have been going here for over 25 years. I have never been hurt by any procedure I had. I even went back to work after a root canal. Everyone is professional and appointments are kept on time.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. I have a little bit of anxiety from past experiences and Dr. Ebeling made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for taking my anxiety into consideration and being gentle with me.

Based on moving and insurance changes I have had several dentist. No one is as thorough and genuine as Dr. Ebeling (the son) and I'm sure his father is no different. Dr. Ebeling stood out from others because he actually takes the time to do a thorough exam after the hygienist does your cleaning, he asks many questions, does cancer screenings, etc... and wants to make sure that he is doing all that he can in regards to your dental health. This practice is run by a father and son dentist so you definitely get the small town feel of them truly getting to know you and wanting to know you as a whole patient. I work in the healthcare industry and have been both patient facing and on the customer service side of things. That's why I had to go out of my way to give their business a shout out! Each person I have been in contact with, whether it was brief or the hygienist that assists in a longer procedure, all have been exceptional!

This is one of those rare cases where a care provider only gets 5 stars because you can't give them more! The doctors Ebeling and their fantastic staff run a clean, friendly, and competent neighborhood practice. Tracy brilliantly runs point taking care of patient needs while excellent hygienists and the dynamic duo dentists get your chompers clean and strong. I have been utilizing this dental health provider for almost a decade and I see satisfied patients of all ages with big smiles during each visit. I trust and highly recommend the doctors and staff to satisfy your dental needs.

Being an alcoholic in recovery, I've been to 6 different dentists to see about getting my oral hygiene back in check after years of neglect. With each encounter I found the staff to be very judging and rude, though they tried to disguise it with fake smiles. Their only approach was to remove my teeth and give me a 60k make over on all six accounts. On each account I felt pressured as if I was being "sold" something. And their attitudes really became hostile when I disagreed to move forward and seek other opinions. Being in the service and repair industry and former Law Enforcement, I know a thing or two about selling and using scare tactics to persuade people. And I refuse to use them. From the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. Ebeling himself, my experience was more than I could have hoped for. The receptionist went out of her way to call my insurance and find an address to submit billing claims. Gave me a ball park estimate and even complimented my eyes. The hygienist took her time, explaining each task she was performing. I could tell by her body language and eyes, she was not judging in any way shape or form. Dr. Ebeling was honest about the condition of my teeth. However, his delivery was professional and did not make me feel any worse than I already do. There was no scolding or shaming. He offered an affordable, practical approach, asking about my concerns and goals before providing his plan of approach moving forward. Again, his eyes and body language did not lie. Though no work has been performed, I have no doubt that I will be pleased based off the totality of my first visit and his previous reviews. You can tell when a person is being genuine and honest, if you know what you're looking for. Everyone I encountered today was being just that. Thank you to everyone for making me feel welcome and more importantly comfortable about this procedure.

Went to see the Ebeling family dental practice today for my 6 month teeth check-up, cleaning and review. The staff here is such a pleasure to be around. Caroline did a great job cleaning my teeth! Very professional and caring staff that make it a pleasure to visit!

I had an office visit for some older fillings to be redone. Dr. John III did a great job of making me comfortable, numbed me up and completed the work in no time. His assistant (I don't recall her name at the moment) was extremely friendly and they both made this experience as good as can be. Thanks again guys.

It was my first time at this office and meeting John Ebeling III. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me in terms that were clear and simple. All the staff there made me feel very at home. Awesome office with a great staff and Doctors!
