Dr. Lima is a highly trained and experienced dentist with special interest and focus in general dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery, dental implants and endodontics. An avid mentor as well as lifelong student, he is continuously seeking out better and more efficient techniques to deliver painless, predictable and effective dental care for his patients.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish , patients and team often comment on his calm, gentle demeanor and ability to put even the most anxious patient at ease. When hes not taking care of smiles, he enjoys snowboarding and soccer.
The best dentist ive ever been too. Front desk was extremely kind, and welcoming! Very professional, and made me feel comfortable. Having been a patient of Eaves Family Dental for many decades, I was apprehensive having a new dentist, as Dr Ed Eaves recently retired. Metaphorically and literally, those were big shoes to fill! These professionals are the best!!! Neglected my smile for years, as the children were more important, but they treated me like a king, regardless!!! Great, pleasurable, professional, and lively staff!!! Wonderful experience, so far. Have many more visits to come, that I am, actually, very excited about!! You will be, too!!

I would not recommend this business. My Mom called and asked if they were in network with her insurance and they said they were. Her first appt they did several x-rays and said she needed 2 crowns, but that she did not need a cleaning even though she hadn't had one in several years. When she left the office thay said she owed nothing. A couple of weeks later she got a bill for $174 because she was out of network.

The appointment took far too long. Dr. Sigh was wonderful as usual. I experienced too much discomfort/pain.......didn't know I couldn't be billed.

I was on vacation in Romulus NY, while eating my breakfast I unfortunately broke a tooth in half. Was able to locate Eaves Family Dental spoke to Kelly who was sympathetic and able to make me appointment that morning in Pen Yan NY. The TEAM at office e were very professional, able to get me right in upon arrival. Unfortunately I lost my tooth but was not in any pain after. Again I Thank the TEAM at your offices as I am able to continue to enjoy my vacation.

Dr. Sai was very informative. My health concerns, regarding the implants were addressed as well as my financial questions. The Staff are very nice and easy to speak with. I left happy.

They have saved my life. I came to them with a facture and abscess from previous surgery. They made me so comfortable and finished the second surgery with amazing results. The whole staff was excellent with my 7 year old daughter. She actually loves going to the dentist! They're also extremely patient and understanding with adults that are nervous.

The staff is very pleasant, and professional. I've been going there for about 10 years, and never had a bad experience. There's never a wait. The fact you can get evening hrs there is a huge benefit as well.
