I've put off going to the dentist for YEARS because of a combination of shame, and a general feeling of doom regarding my teeth. I am so glad that I chose to go here and address the issues I was having! They were very friendly, and took time to explain everything I needed to do. Best of all they understood and worked with me financially, to make a realistic game plan. Plus they never made me feel judged or guilty of the status of my smile. 5/5

Geneva office 10 star review after they squeezed me in because PY could not see me. Both Dr and Assistant in Geneva were AWESOME! Issue , my 3 day temp double crown fell out out from my 2 hour procedure in Penn Yan office. I was not a happy camper. Especially when I had to call twice to get a live person. 3 stars for Penn Yan So Appreciate the Kindness and positive attitude in Geneva office.

Dr. Lima is wonderful and offered guidance and advice regarding oral care and treatment options. I would recommend this practice.

Love how they take time to explain procedures and help with adjustments. All the personnel are great. Really like the Dr. and how he explains everything. Receptionist are great each and every time I call.

I had a root canal and crown done at the Penn Yan location and emergency care at the Geneva location. The doctors and staff at both locations are professional and each of them is lovely at their job!!
