I was going to Clinicas and they would give me appointments very far out. I really recommend Easy Dental Group Elsy started by taking my X-ray she was really nice and helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable he explained my treatment and we started right away. I really recommend Dr. B and this office.

Dr Bonihe is an excellent dentist. He took the time to explain every procedure he was going to do. Dr and staff were very thoughtful and caring.

They are crooks! They try to bill patients for services and say its not covered but they are too lazy to submit authorization. In this day of COVID patients can pay over 1000.00 for a filling that is a dental covered benefit. "Nelly"the manager is extremely unprofessional, and her staff member Maria was willing to give information over the phone about another patients care (adult) ! HIPPA ladies!!! Denti-cal fraud I'm sure will be walking through there door very soon! So if you ever received a receipt from these people without any details and you have dental insurance, I suggest you call and inform your insurance especially if its denti-cal you were charged for services. This is double billing and is fraud.

The front desk is always so helpful and kind! I get my braces done here for an affordable price and I've had good experiences here so I actually recommend them to my friends and family.

El Doctor igualmente. El Doctor queria sacarle unos dientes a mi hijo y como no aceptamos por el alto costo nos tuvieron esperando mas de 2 horas para una limpieza y al final no nos querian atender. Y Cuando hicieron la limpieza lastimaron muy feo a mi hijo. NO VAYAN A ESTA CLINICA busquen otra. Muy mala experiencia.

The girl in the front Elia is very rude. She was nice at first but turned into a different person after They collected 500 dollars from me and got me to sign the contact for braces. My regular dentist took care of my cavities but they insisted i get more work done only with them because they would not accept records from another dentist. They made every visit hell for me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. ( difficult dental)

If you guys are looking to get dental work done, I would suggest staying away from Easy Dental Group right next to Vallarta supermarket in Oxnard. My mother and I have had nothing but bad experiences with them. The girl in the front, Elia who deals with the payment plans and finance will only be nice to you to get you to sign a treatment plan contract (I'm thinking she might get some sort of commission). I've had to step in for my mother so many times. It was extremely difficult to get a refund from them and still didn't get what we were promised. Elia refused to process a refund for my treatment plan down payment claiming it was all records cost and non-refundable. It felt wrong so I went directly to the dentist about it and he apologized on her behalf and partially refunded me. I can go on and on but want to make this a short post.
