An implant supported bridge is a restorative solution for spaces where three or more adjacent teeth are missing. This restoration typically requires two implants to support the porcelain bridge. The bridge provides a functional and aesthetic replacement for a patients natural teeth.
For patients who are missing many or all of their teeth, implant supported dentures may be an alternative to traditional dentures. This solution requires the placement of two or more implants. In order to replace a full arch denture, a minimum of four implants is generally recommended. Eligibility for this solution is dependent upon a number of factors, with jaw bone density being one of the most significant determining factors.
Traditional dentures rely on an acrylic base that sits directly on the gums, held in place by a paste or adhesive. Using implants as supports for dentures allows for a smaller and more comfortable base and less shifting of the prosthesis during use.
Implants can support both full and partial dentures as well as both fixed and removable dentures.If a removable denture is selected, the denture will snap on to the implant rather than requiring the use of denture paste or adhesives.
This procedure is a unique implant solution that allows patients with a completely edentulous (toothless) upper or lower arch to replace all of the teeth in that arch using only four implants as anchors.
Teeth in a Day is a technique that can be a great solution for patients to replace a full arch of missing or severely decayed teeth. Using this technique, a number of dental implants are strategically placed to provide support for the replacement teeth.
With this technique, specialized software is used to create custom surgical guides. These guides direct the exact location, angle, and depth of each implant placement. The use of the guide increases the accuracy, efficiency, safety, and predictability of the procedure.
Some patients who are missing all or most of their teeth may be candidates for Teeth In A Day. By using multiple implants, a strong support can be created to anchor the full arch or bridge prosthesis. For many patients, a custom acrylic full arch can be placed the same day as the implant placement surgery, allowing the patient to leave the office on the day of surgery with a complete arch replacement. After a healing period of at least 3 months, the temporary restoration can be removed and replaced with the final porcelain restoration.

I started visiting this practice about 4 years ago and needed to have an upper bridge made. I had insurance to cover most of the cost. In the four years I have had to have the bridge repaired 3 times as the bridge never fit properly from the start rocking back and forth with food getting under the bridge every time I eat. This rocking caused the clasps to break. I have since retired and have different insurance. Now they don't take my insurance. Now to have the clasps repaired it will cost me $450.00 on a bridge that never fit correctly from the start causing the issue with the clasps. Apparently they don't stand behind their work. Unless you have a big wallet or great dental insurance I would not recommend for this reason I give them 2 stars. UPDATE Since my initial review I have spoken with Geoffrey Gamache(owner)he wasn't aware of the issues with my bridge. I met with him and he explained that the bridge is landing on my teeth causing the rocking of the bridge. He said that the "platform" which are four crowns for the bridge is wrong. This prior work was done by a dentist that is no longer with the practice. We are currently in the process of replacing the crowns and then replacing the bridge at no cost to me. I am now confident that the work being done will rectify the issues. I will update once the work is completed.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist. However, when I have an appt at Eastview Dental, I feel much less anxious and that's due to the wonderful staff. I highly recommend them.

Gorgeous facility and close to my home, I would love to get in however despite being listed as in-network for Guardian and being told I could be taken on they are now saying they do not accept Guardian even for emergency situations.

My wife and I have been to many dentists and Eastview Dental goes above and beyond every time. We have had routine exams, cleanings, bonding, and a crown done over the years. They are very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Eastview Dental and have had great experiences there. My wife and I recently moved further away and still find the extra mile is well worth the drive.

Visiting the dentist is not on my top 5 favorite things but Eastview dental made it a lot more enjoyable! It is a beautiful state of the art facility and practice. Dr.O'Brien and Mackenzie were both lovely and gentle. Really throughout. They explained and walked through everything with me. Extremely Covid safe. I am new to the practice and know I have made the right choice. :)

I'm a fairly new patient at Eastview dental. So far, I've gone in twice. Once to have a crown put back on after falling out ( done by a different practice) and another, for a cleaning. Both times were great experiences! From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly and very professional. And best of all everyone is so knowledgeable! Dr. O'Brian took her time to explain things which was great. My dental hygienist, MacKenzie was friendly, efficient and definitely knew what she was talking about. She took all of my concerns to heart and you could tell she truly cared. I'll definitely be going here for life! Thank you!

I cannot say enough about this dental practice. I was previously at another dental office that has always been great to our family. However, due to Covid - 19, they had to significantly downsize making appointments hard to come by. I had a serious toothache and needed to be seen immediately. I called this office, I was NOT a patient at the time, and they still fit me in the very next day! Outstanding service! Dr. Obrien even got into why (as a transplant patient) I keep having issues with my teeth diving into the medical reasons, something nobody had ever done before. Very modern, clean environment and the ladies at the front desk are fantastic!!

Went in to get a tooth removed and they took pictures and charged $135 just to refer me to see an oral surgeon to have hen remove the tooth, they made it seem like I was going in for a removal but hit me with a costly photoshop instead you suck !
