I called to see if I can come in to be seen and the lady that answered the phone from home give me her cell phone number to send over my insurance information and why I talk to her she is very rude very nasty attitude and has no respect for me the way she was talking to me I will not go here. It's seem very unprofessional and I texted her and I told her I will not be coming in because her attitude and she texts me sorry but I was just trying only come in for a cleaning but I'm over it the experience I got just over the phone

Terrible experience. Doctor did not keep a sterile field at all touching things with his gloves on and then awaiting me. I was so grossed out. His wife works the front office and her space was filthy full of papers and files all over the floor. She was also his back office assistant helping him note what he dictated. Poor hygiene over all. Lack of staff needed to maintain a clean office. Poor practice and standard protocol. And finally, the wife tried to quote me $1800 for services I did not need. Little did she know I am a medical biller and coder with experience. Note: they showed up late and open the office late and patients were waiting outside. No apologies given by either one. The lobby was dirty with spiderwebs and dirt and dust. Please stay away from this office.

Horrible dentist. I switched 3 years ago and thank God I did. They're rude and don't know how to properly do dentist work at all, after going to other dentists over the years I have now realized even more so how bad these ppl are at their job.. I found a low budget dentist one time in Tijuana and they were way WAY better than here.

I just relocated to area and was in need of a dentist for a dental emergency. Dr. Dinh was able to see me immediately and took care of my dental concerns. He has improve my oral health. My cosmetic dental work can not be recognized by anyone. I enjoy smiling and laughing more because I'm no longer self conscious of my smile. Thank you again Dr. Dinh and staff for having taken such good care of me.

Professional, personal, persistent. Dr Dinh & his entire staff provides excellent service. Word of mouth has always played a crucial part of my decision making. I was first recommended by one of my co-workers. To those reading this, please know that it is always a pleasure to enter his office & his entire staff will address any detail or concern you have. Cleanliness, honesty, accuracy, quality, efficiency and friendliness are all the highlight of Dr Dinh & staff. The usage of latest technology & wonderful business & dental practices allows you feel safe & well treated. Receiving text message, email & phone call reminders an extra features. Thus, in the overall performance & customer satisfaction comes with a high recommendation.

I recently visited the facility for my dental check up. Dr. Dinh and his staff were thorough and quick to get me out in time for work. I felt in good hands with his dental knowledge in explaining all my priorities to my maintain my healthy smile.

Recently, visited to facility and glad that I was told that I had no cavities. Enjoyed the personal experience, Dr. Dinh and his team were clear and thorough with explaining to me how to keep my teeth cavity free and my gums healthy. Glad I found a locate dentist so I will not have to drive into Irvine for my previous doctor.

Dr Dinh is the best doctor. I have been with him a long time, many years. He is the most honest and kindnest doctor I've eve been with. Dr Dinh is very patient with his explanations and tells you about your examination. The staffs also help us work out a financial budget thatwe could afford. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Prior to moving to Eastvale. I had my dentist for 20 years & I was afraid to see a new dentist. I was referred to Eastvale dental & orthodontics by my friend. Dr Dinh is such an outstanding dentist who shows that he is kind, caring, and so professional. I will make a special effort to recommend him and his staff to anyone needing an excellent dental office to go. I am so happy with my smile. Thank you Dr Dinh & the staffs.

Today was my first time @ Eastvale Dental & Orthodontist. It was overall .... amazing experience! Dr Dinh & all his staff are welcoming, professional, accommodating & they explain everything they are doing to you while it's happening. Definitely highly recommended.

Prior to moving to Eastvale. I had my dentist for 20 years & I was afraid to see a new dentist. I was referred to Eastvale dental & orthodontics by my friend. Worst Service Ever AKA-Eastvale Dental What a complete joke. Had three sons go for a check up. Slammed the door in my face would not let me back with them. Demanded their Social Security numbers I told him no but finally relented. The dentist never introduced himself to me. They were impossible to understand due to the language barrier so my children were alone with someone they could not understand, except for when he told my son to stop bleeding after he poked them in the gums. You're fired
