The Dentistry is good, organized office, staff is professional. Eastridge is undergoing remodeling therefore I had a difficult time from start to finish. 6 weeks total for a simple crown, a procedure that should take 2 weeks tops. Office dropped the ball in informing patients of cancelled appointments and rescheduling. If I had not taken the initiative I might still be waiting to finish the dental work. Hopefully when the remodel is done they will get back to normal. I have been going there about 40 years

My appointment was canceled and according to them I should of been notified about rescheduling, yet the day before I was getting email reminders of my appointment. My family and I took the day off for this appt that was scheduled 6 months ago. After an hour from that time my appointment should of been I get a text for survey for my appointment that was canceled.

I've been going to Dr Olson for over 5 years and I'm very satisfied with her work. Office staff is very friendly and courteous. Dr. Olson is very accommodating if you need emergency work done. Overall, I'm happy with Eastridfe Dental Care.
