Dr. Warren A. Brill received his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania and did his specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Maryland and the School of Medicine of the Johns Hopkins University. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Moravian College and Master of Science in Hygiene degree from the Graduate School of Public Health at the University of Pittsburgh. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. Dr. Brill served as Chairman of the Oral Health Advisory Committee to the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene for the State of Maryland. He is a member of the ADA/AETNA Advisory Committee and is a consultant for pediatric oral medical devices for the Food and Drug Administration. Dr. Brill is a member of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Maryland State Dental Association and chair of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Maryland Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He is also Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Maryland.

Dr. Brill is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, representing District II, the Eastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry. He has also served as chair of the Council on Dental Benefit Programs and the Council on Government Affairs.

Cindy grew up in the Baltimore area and graduated from high school in 2004. And has been working in the dental field since 2005. She received her dental assisting training from Medix, which is now known as the Fortis Institute, and graduated with as a Certified Dental Assistant license in November 2005. She was a dental assistant for over 10 years before going back to school to further her career as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Cindy received her schooling and graduated from the Community College of Baltimore County Dental Hygiene Program in June 2016. During that time she I completed a 6 week externship at the Harford County Health Department Dental Clinic. This was where she found her true passion for working with children. She has been working at Eastpoint Pediatric Dental since July 2016.

Kira completed her Dental Assisting certification at Medix School in Towson, Maryland prior to becoming a Dental Hygienist. She has an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from The Community College of Baltimore County and has a background in treating Special Needs Patients. Kira loves working with children of all ages and strives to provide comprehensive as well as compassionate care to each and every patient.

    Nice staff, Dr. Brill is very funny and explains things in a way that kids understand. They do the laughing gas here and let your kids keep the teeth they pull out.

    My son went to this specialist, not Dr. Brill and had the worst experience ever. My son was chocking off of his saliva and the dentist continued to restrain him. His father had to yell for the dentist to stop the procedure. Do not take your child here
