Dr. Chris Eastman is the friendly yet highly proficient Iowa City dentist at Eastman Dental Care. A proud graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, Dr. Eastman enjoys guiding and encouraging patients to choose the preventive level of care. With over twelve years of experience as a dentist, he continuously works with patients with severe tooth decay and loose or missing teeth. He is also capable in many areas of restorative and cosmetic dentistry and enjoys the challenges of designing a new smile for others. Dr. Eastman values listening to patients' concerns and experiences as he works to determine the best individualized care for each person.
Jenna Willoughby started her career in the dental field as a dental assistant in a periodontics office. It was in this office where her appreciation for the periodontium and her desire for helping others through the dental profession grew. Jenna decided to further her education and became a dental hygienist through Kirkwood's Community Collegiate Program. She has been working in the dental field for over 15 years.
Jenna is dedicated to building personal relationships with her patients. She enjoys educating and motivating them toward an optimal state of oral health and working together to provide the best possible care, which is her favorite part of being part of the Eastman Dental Care team. In her free time, Jenna enjoys gardening, loving her dog Benny, and is an avid cyclist.
Bailee is our Registered Dental Assistant and has been with the practice since May of 2018. She is a social person and enjoys the variety of patient interactions she encounters daily. It is hard for her to choose a favorite aspect of dental assisting. She loves it all. From helping her patients feel relaxed and comfortable to sitting chairside with Dr. Eastman, she genuinely enjoys everything about her work.

I had been going to that office for years and really like Jenna and Dr. Eastman. However, with an appointment scheduled for only 4 days from now, I just received a call stating new ownership will no longer accept my insurance.

This is where you want to go if you're afraid of going to the dentist. They have a gentle touch, are easy going and have a friendly manner. They take their time and answer any concerns you might have. The office is clean and serene. You won't be disappointed.

I was seen today as a new patient to Dr Voshell-had a friendly, thorough, efficient work up. He was very personable, explained things as we progressed, was open to my questions. Very friendly staff! They all deserve the 5 star rating.

Well I liked Dr. Eastman, but someone else took over his practice. Right before my appointment I had made six months earlier, they called to inform me they no longer accept my insurance. I was left with little choice but to cancel my appointment and find a new dentist. Even after the cancelation though, they sent me an email asking me to review them for some reason. So there ya go.

I'm personally someone who hates anything when it comes to teeth. I used to get so stressed when going to the dentist or having any procedures done. At Eastman Dental whole staff is extremely friendly and does a wonderful job of explaining everything going on. Every visit is very low stress and has been extremely timely and efficient. I would highly recommend Eastman dental to anyone looking for a dentist!

I left there this morning thinking about how pleasant everyone was. I always enjoy going there. They are very polite and professional and very quick at looking things up. Jenna does an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and Doctor Eastman is very careful at looking at the x-rays. I have been going there for I think five years and have never had a bad experience.

Nice experience with new dentist Kobi Voshell! He has done great job in saving my tooth and additionally doing some chemical reaction on another one. Very pleasant experience with both the Assistant and Dentist. We are in good hands! Thanks for keeping our teeth healthy

Eastman Dental is great! It's clean, modern, the staff are professional yet relaxed, and their procedures are impeccable. They got me in for a filling on short notice (same day service), and scheduled me for a cleaning which they were able to move up by a month by putting me on their waitlist.
