Eastgate Dental Excellence is a full-service dental practice providing complete care to patients of all ages. In addition to offering specialty services such as Botox treatments for TMJ pain and anti-aging, we also focus on providing top-quality dental care customized to meet your unique oral health needs all while helping you go after the bright smile of your dreams.
Originally founded in 1982 by Dr. Kuennemeier, Eastgate Dental Excellence has proudly served our community for over 40 years. Today our practice is co-owned by practicing dentists Drs. Daniel Kelley and Jodie Yildirim.
At Eastgate Dental Excellence, we prioritize patient care to cultivate long-lasting relationships and provide our patients with a superior experience in our dental office. We listen carefully and work hard to create a comfortable and positive experience.
Dr. Daniel Kelley, D.D.S, joined the Eastgate Dental Excellence team in 2013. He graduated from Miami University and The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He is a member of the Cincinnati Dental Society, the American Dental Association and the Ohio Dental Association. As a dentist at Eastgate Dental Excellence, Dr. Kelley enjoys developing relationships and offering care that improves the quality of his patients lives. He went into the dental industry because of his love for science and fixing things, and feels that combining those interests with being able to help people, dentistry is the perfect profession for him. He enjoys continuing his dental education and staying on top of developments within the profession, including Spear Study Club, implant dentistry, Invisalign and Botox.
When not working, Dr. Kelley enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, and children, Ava and Dylan. He also enjoys golfing, doing yard work and spending time outdoors. In dental school, Dr. Kelley played on an intramural ice hockey championship team. He also volunteers his time to local dental charities, such as the Leave No Veteran Behind program.
Dr. Jodie Yildirim, D.D.S, joined the Eastgate Dental Excellence team in 2017. She graduated from the University of Michigan with both her undergraduate and graduate degrees and is a member of the Cincinnati Dental Society, the American Dental Association and the Ohio Dental Association. As a dentist at Eastgate Dental Excellence, Dr. Yildirim enjoys being able to connect with patients and build a lasting relationship. She loves that dentistry allows her to impact the lives of patients in many ways, restoring not only their health but also their function and confidence. She aspires to welcome her patients and make them feel comfortable, I understand many patients come with anxiety, fears, and even difficult past dental experiences. I want my patients to know that Im on their team; they can count on me to listen and support them in their health goals. As their provider, they will find a gentle and caring hand, says Dr. Yildirim.
When not working, Dr. Yildirim enjoys spending time with her husband, Yavuz, and dogs, Chuy and Louie. She loves to travel, spend time outdoors and is a food enthusiast. Dr. Yildirim is also an animal lover and an equestrian who loves trail riding. She is passionate about continuing her education with a focus on implant placement, cosmetic dentistry and root canal therapy. She attended the Midwest Implant Institute and is a member of her local Spear study club. Dr. Yildirim is dedicated to growing herself and providing the best care to her patients.

Everyone in the office was very Friendly and Professional but that's not all. For a first time visitor, I had a tour of the Office and met a few of the employees. I felt so relax, they explained everything they were going to do. Compare to other dental offices I've been as a patient I felt kind of distant and just another body. Here at Eastgate Dental you feel welcome.

Saw Dr. Mayo for an emergency appt. on Saturday. Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Dr. Mayo is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what's going on so there are no surprises. Very calming and caring , as well. Cannot recommend them more highly. Thanks to the entire team. Also saw Elyssa in Hygiene and she was great. Knowledgeable and very gentle. Thank you Elyssa.

I found them with a quick Google search when I needed some urgent dental care. They were able to get me in within a few a days! They gave me the price for an initial visit before I went in, which was helpful since I don't have insurance. I was treated very professionally yet very kind to have my issues addressed. I would recommend a visit to anyone!

Nicest dental office. Everyone was very pleasant edited after second part of visit. And still say they are great I was in for an emergency tooth extraction, they got me in very quickly I was so nervous it went very well. And I look forward to seeing them again to have my dental health put back on track.

First independently found Dentist for me since finishing college and moving away from home. This place is amazing and the staff has been wonderful everytime. Was a little nervous for my initial appointment but staff gave me a perfect walkthrough and introduction. Maybe a little awkward but easy and informative! Since then the team has treated any concern I've had and especially as of recent. Bite guard was causing some issues but whoever helped me today worked everything out and even educated me on unrelated jaw issues I was having. Thank you!

I liked the staff and care I received when I was there. However I ended up moving to Columbus and I was willing to still make the 2 hour drive down there for my visits. I had to cancel my appointment twice due to no fault of my own. ( yes the second time I could have gave a little more notice than the day of) but I did leave a voicemail and ended up calling them back a few days after from no response from voicemail and was told I wasn't allowed to come back due to canceling multiple times. Which I was just in shock because it wasn't like I canceled every chance I got. People go through harder times and I did give some notice. I just thought it was very unfair and I was very disappointed with the people on the front desk end
