The service my mom received was above and beyond the service Industry standards. She arrived under a lot of pain, dazed, and confused, however, the receptionist was very kind to mom, she was understanding and compassionate to her. Mom said she has never been treated so nicely under those circumstances. Additionally, the dentist took good care of her, and did it in such a way that Mom was able to calm down. More importantly, the dentist treated her with dignity and respect. She felt so much comfortable and at ease. Again the customer service was well above industry standards...so please if you are in searching for customer service that is above industry standards, then look no further and book your appointment with the team at Virginia Oral Surgery, you will see that this is the place for you.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. This was my second extraction and they always do a pro job. Dr Cornelius even called me the following day to check on my recovery. Thanks!

We were so impressed with how quickly we got in for an appointment, how smooth the process was, how well everything was explained, and how kind the staff was to my husband when he got his wisdom teeth removed.

Dr. Trent and his staff got us in quick and were able to do the work needed on the first visit so we did not need to return. All things related to surgery and next few days were explained well and prescriptions were called in before we left the office. I would recommend.

I have some pretty bad dental anxiety and the people here were extremely nice. I didn't feel super nervous at all, they talked me through everything up until I fell asleep.

My experience with this particular organization wasn't so pleasant. After I have reached out to them about my concerns, no one has attempted to resolve them. During my visit to their office, they had all of my previous X-rays and insurance information, but upon me setting up my payment arrangement for future appointments, they attempted insurance fraud on me. Their administrative staff repeatedly told me that my insurance didn't cover a simple tooth extraction, which didn't sound right, so I didn't sign the paperwork they were adamantly trying to get me to sign. I held off and called my insurance company right after leaving and they told me that was not true, and they had no clue as to why they would tell me that. But I do. They tried to commit insurance fraud. Eastern Virginia had one job to do. If I can make a simple phone call to verify my insurance coverage, why couldn't they? I'm sure if this happened to me, I'm sure it has happened to others. They padded my bill and wanted me to pay upfront for something my insurance would cover.

Not much to complain about, they're very straightforward, and you're in and out in no time, I do recommend you get the extra shot they tell you that numbs your jaw for 3 days.

The staff was extremely caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Schreiber took time and called us after hours to check on my son...this was above and beyond!

I was an emergency patient and Dr. Schreiber was able to fit me in just in time! Him and the ladies at his office were so kind and understanding and really had me in mind when making decisions about my teeth. They explained everything so well and answered all of my questions, would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely amazing experience!!! I was so nervous going in (not to mention having 5 teeth pulled) I had Dr.Schreiber. He was great never felt the Iv go in (which he did himself ) and he did an amazing job. Not to much pain afterwards either !! Definitely referring my friends and family to him He's truly a doctor who knows and loves what he is doing. If your thinking about going here , Do it !!!! You won't be disappointed. The staff there as well are gems !!!! Amazing at what they do. If it were up to me everyone would be referred here

I saw Dr. Cornelias on Friday to have 7 teeth (including all my wisdom teeth removed) I could not have asked for a better experience! The office is so clean, they make you incredibly comfortable, and it was overall a great experience given that I was getting so many teeth removed, I'm so grateful to the staff making me comfortable and the Dr. for doing such an amazing job I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone needing it.

I was impressed by the ease of check in. Although I had to wait for a significant time, once called back, Dominique handled my work up expeditiously and thoroughly. She is a definite asset to the practice. Dr Conelias was very professional and personable. He did a thorough examination and quickly made a decision on the next steps. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience.
