As usual the experience at Eastern Shore Dental Care was fantastic, from all of the staff to the work performed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have Dental work done!

Everyone here is always polite and never shames a patient like some dentists might. I'm so glad I happened to hear their ad right when I was looking for a dentist! Been going to them since late 2020 so far, and I'm very pleased with my experiences there. They even know how to deal with my gag reflex when I need X-rays!

My family has been going here for 2+ years and have always enjoyed the staff and doctors. We feel they genuinely care about our family's dental health. We will continue to come here for annual exams and cleanings. The facility is very clean, professional and the front desk staff are courteous and organized. Thanks for the continued exceptional care!

Anita is the greatest. She and the staff are always very friendly and concerned. Have been a patient there for many years. They took many precautions to deal with Covid-19 which is good.

Just went for a simple teeth cleaning, but the facilities are comfy, attractive, and immaculate, the staff are friendly, personable, competent, and professional, and the appointment started and ended on time without feeling rushed. Insurance transaction was simple. Accessible location and parking is easy and convenient. Happy patient!

Another fantastic checkup, as always, the staff and dentist are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I tell all of my friends it is the most beautiful dental office I have ever seen. That tells you something about the outstanding management of the organization.

I went to have a crown cemented and to find out what else besides paying 4300 just to have all my teeth pulled, i cant work at my job with no teeth in my mouth, I was told first that the dentist would talk to me after, but she said she couldn't do anything else today besides glue my tooth back in, the nurse and dentist joked with eachother as I was almost in tears with frustration, and just as I thought, at the end the dentist left and I was told to make another appointment and then was told my bill was 395 dollars. I have never felt so humiliated and treated less then. I told the receptionist I didn't have that on me out of frustration, I cant believe they were doing this to me again, then she went in the back like she was ready to call the police, I walked out got in my car and cried my eyes out, ill never go back to this humiliating place again. Thankyou for making me feel so horrible about myself, or more horrible and pathetic. all I wanted was your help and maybe some compassion, maybe an idea of payment plan, anything to help me be able to smile in confidenc. I saved over a thousand dollars hoping that would be enough to do something. Im done i give up on trying to ask for help. I'll pay the bill but I'll never go back again, I'm done being told nothing over and over again just to be billed for nothing. I'll probably never smile again no thanks to you.

Amazing place with a hotel-style waiting area. Did not feel like I was at a dental office. Kudos for the great service and attention to comfort. Everything was so organized and on schedule. Taylor, thank you for the tour and explaining the paperwork. Emma, thank you for explaining everything about each x-ray and what the doctor will perform. Dr Wolfe, thank you for explaining all the tests done and providing all options for future work. Ashley, thank you for taking the time to work on my teeth and always checking that I was okay and relaxed. All 4 of you have a great personalities and are very sociable.

Haven't been to a dentist in about four years. Very hesitant to go to a new dentist after missing so many years. The entire office made me feel very welcome. Even though this is a big practice you are made to feel like you are a very important member of their practice.

Not one to typically leave reviews, but I was really blown away by this dentist. Went in for just a routine checkup and they were so thorough and explained everything in detail as they were going. The atmosphere in this office is extremely professional and unlike any other dental office I've been to - really, it felt more like being at a spa! Highly recommend.

My daughter, who is on the spectrum, was very offended by the way she was treated by the office staff. She told me that "They are saying it nicely but they don't want me here mommy" And that broke my heart into pieces... We felt like there was lack of empathy& tolerance regarding my daughter. I wouldn't recommend it to families with kids unless their children are extremely quiet and very mature.

Not for Families ... Save Yourself the Embarrassment. I'm not sure how a first dentist appointment that started out so well could go SO wrong. Our family moved to Kent Island this year and we were looking for a dentist on this side of the bridge. We had to schedule months in advance and were looking forward to our family appointment. It started out well. The receptionist had a mask for my one daughter that lost hers. It was larger than any other dental practice we had seen, yet was not crowded. We were taken to a room to fill out the new patient paperwork were welcome gifts and cards were sitting on the table for us. I imagine there were kind words written in the card ... but I never got a chance to read it because by the end of the appointment it had been taken back. For the kids there were coloring book, crayons, and a frisbee in addition to the standard toothbrush and floss. This is when it changed. The room had only three chairs, so while my wife and I were filling out the paperwork our kids started wondering to the hall. When we got them back, they started to fight over the dental assistant's wheelie chair, but we were quickly brought back for our examination. When it was time for our x-rays, our children had to leave the room to wait in the hall. They never made it back to the rooms, but we did not worry because some kind dental assistants were playing with them. I was examined by Dr. Morabito. After he suggested that we go to a pediatric dentistry for the kids and gave a referral list. He said that they refer out ALL younger patients. While he was trying to be kind, he certainly was not being honest. At that time, I did not realize that he was canceling the dental cleanings of our two daughters on the spot after months of waiting. When my nine year old daughter realized that the dentist did not want to see her she got upset. When it was time for my cleaning, a lady asked my wife to leave to office and wait outside in the 85 degree heat with out 8 month old infant because our daughter was, "Harassing the staff." While I was impressed by the exam by Dr. Morabito, and the cleaning my Michelle, I have never felt more unwelcomed in my life.
