We cannot express enough great things to say about this place! (We had a terrible experience at another location for oral surgery.) The whole experience from setting up the consultation to the follow up call after surgery to check on my daughter. They treat patients like people not $$$. Thank you!

Horrible experience. Rude and wanted an absence amount of money up front before they would do anything. No payment plans available. Told me i had to pay now or we dont pull your tooth. and no heads up that'd id have to pay anything before insurance ran. I do not recommend this place to anyone

I never write reviews but I am so happy with my experience at the Marion location i felt like i needed to!! I had 7 teeth extracted (including wisdom teeth) at once and was beyond nervous going in. The staff was amazing and made this experience great. One minute i was talking to the Dr to verify teeth that were being extracted and next thing i know I'm already done and pain free. I was expecting to be sore and swollen afterwards but a week later i still had no pain just stiffness first few days! And the swelling was minimum. The person who supervised me after going home was in shock of how well i was feeling! I've heard horror stories and I'm still amazed how well i felt even a week later! Highly recommend this place!! The worst part of the entire experience was the soft food diet They definitely helped ease the "dentist anxiety". It was a breeze

I am very pleased with my experience at Eastern Iowa Oral Surgery in Marion! The staff was extremely welcoming from the second I walked it the door. I was nervous about getting a tooth out but Alyssa and Morgan made everything so easy. They were there to answer all my questions and concerns. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I'm not sure this is the best place to take a child. My daughter had an appointment for an extraction this morning. We waited nearly a month to be scheduled to get this procedure done, but were rushed quickly back to the room upon arrivalthis morning. My daughter was apprehensive about getting in the chair. Once the adult sized blood pressure cuff was put on her tiny arm, she started crying. Dr. Fuller then entered, and spoke to her as if she was an adult vs. a scared 8 year old about to have surgery. She started crying more, and he decided within 20-30 seconds that he was done, and we were going to have to schedule her to be put under general anesthesia at the hospital. End of story. No discussion allowed from me or attempts to calm her and get the procedure done. Nothing. No sympathy. Tough luck, kid. The last time she went to the hospital for dental work when she was 18 months old (which went very smoothly with a different doctor) it cost me 2 years of fighting with insurance, and thousands of dollars to pay an anesthesiologist. Not something I'm willing to do now that she is 8. I felt as if someone at Eastern Iowa Oral could have at least attempted or allowed a bit of time to calm her so they could have gotten the procedure under way. Now, my daughter has been crying off and on at home all morning, terrified she has to go to the hospital during COVID because our short visit with Dr. Fuller was treated so abruptly, and with such a lack of understanding. Now we have had a delay of a month in helping her with her tooth, and I feel like we are back to square one on a treatment plan. Update: I came back in to edit and add a star, simply because the nurse was good. But, upon talking it over with my daughter this afternoon, I still stand by the rest of my review.

I had 2 implants done and a tooth extraction done in the same day and Dr. Tagoni and staff made me feel very comfortable and helped with my anxiety. They also called to check on me 2 hours after surgery and the next day sent me some amazing flowers which actually made me feel really good! As a small business owner myself I have to say their customer service is very impressive. Very much recommend them!

My 98 year old mother needed to have 3 teeth removed. Dr. Fuller and his staff were awesome. They are professional, competent, compassionate, and efficient. In Mom's own words "I got through that with flying colors." Could not have gone more smoothly.

I was in a lot of pain on Christmas Eve from an infected broken tooth and they were able to work me in the day after Christmas to extract the tooth. The doctor did a wonderful job and the staff were awesome too!

They took only the teeth they said they would! Wayyyyyyyyy better than my last surgeon 5/5 would get my teeth extracted again!
