I booked an appointment for me and my SIXTEEN year old daughter SIX months in advance (which was the first available). I took off work and had my daughter take off too because there was no way I was waiting another six months for an appointment. Upon arrival I was told that my toddler was not allowed in the office (I'm assuming due to Covid protocols). So I told them I would wait in the car while my teen was serviced then we would switch off. I was told "No" because we may be seen At the same time. So I agreed to cancel my appointment and sit with my toddler while my teen was serviced. Again was told "No" because I had to be in the room with my SIXTEEN year old because she was a minor, even though the legal age of consent for dental treatment in NJ is 16. The office manager (I like to refer to her as the terminator) was very rude and disrespectful. She lied in my face three different times. The fact that my toddler was not welcomed due to a "policy change" was unbeknownst to me since they didn't contact me when the policy changed. However, according to the terminator, my phone number changed (even though I've had the same number for 20 years). Then she said my voicemail was full. Make up your mind terminator. Oh did I mention that I received FOUR reminder texts asking me to confirm my appointment ON THAT SAME PHONE NUMBER. At this point I understood that the terminator had a point to prove. She wanted me to know that it was her office (her words not mine) and that I wouldn't be seen. I felt my frustration rising and finally asked to speak with someone else. She denied my request telling me that I could see the director AFTER I took my toddler home. Mind you, I had already told her that I would sit in the car with my toddler. The super busy director that made the policy finally came out. She pulled him to the side and filled him in on what was going on even though she had already told me that HE was the one that denied my request to begin with. Finally I decided that I would sit my children in the car while I get serviced. And guess what. They denied me again; telling me that I HAD to take my children home first. Finally they asked me to leave but couldn't give me a reason. I refused. They called the police. The officers were confused as well and couldn't understand why I couldn't be seen. they told the officers that I was banned from the office. I asked for the reason and for written notification and they told the police that they would mail it to me and my insurance once they CAME UP WITH A LEGAL REASON! I have never felt so violated and discriminated against. I forgot to mention how this GROWN OFFICE MANAGER STEPHANIE proceeded to go word for word with my child because my child laughed. If that wasn't unprofessional I don't know what was. However, I was told by the officers that i am able to request the body cam footage of the terminator and the director saying that they have to find a legal reason and would notify me that I am no longer allowed at that office. I have my own personal video footage that clearly shows my body language and tone. It shows that I was not aggressive nor threatening and that there was no need for police action. I also have statements from other patients who witnessed this scene.

Was waiting at least 4 months for an appointment and they wanted to scheduled my appointment for another 2+ months which I couldn't do because I'll be having surgery by then ... Staff and front end Supevisor was rude and not understanding.

2 hour on the dot wait for a cleaning. 1200 appointment. Showed up at 1148 to a packed waiting room. One man looked like he was there during lunch up and left because the wait was so long. Desk folks did their best. Dentist was pleasant. Hygienist was very nice. Care part was good waiting part... not sure what the problem was. Still filling out paper check in forms Vice doing this ahead of time online or in an app like so many others are already doing.

For over 2 years I was never informed I had a balance due from 2020. My appointment was at 4:15pm I was not seen until 5:32pm After I got my X-rays I was told to go out to the waiting room to be called again for my clean up. That took another 35 mins to be called .I finally left at 6:51pm . I'm only giving them a 3 because the tech that cleaned my teeth was very kind and sweet. Eastern dental is over worked and understaff please hire more employees.

Mala calidad y ese laboratorio es una porqueria. Y Dan garantia pero a conveniencia de ellos. Este sitio es malo malo recontra malo.
