I generally love this office.. both dentists my daughter has seen were great with her! The front staff is super friendly and helpful. But one of the dental assistants (didn't catch her name but she's tall, heavy-set with short hair) was VERY RUDE. She refused to do my daughters x-rays after I told her I was there to have a tooth pulled, not a check up. I didn't know at the time she needed x-rays. She literally threw the paperwork on the table and stormed out, saying "I guess you gotta talk to the doctor". If someone can get you THAT mad in 30 seconds and have you act like a child and not do your JOB.. you shouldn't be working with people.

Dentist visits are usually not on my favorite things to do list. I was fortunate to go to Eastern Dental of Old Bridge where that was not the case. Haddel with a caring cheerful smile, and professionalism and knowledge checked me in without delay. I had an emergency appliance that needed to be cemented in and was done by Dr.Louis Leva without delay. The payment chapter is never easy, yet was made painless ( except for the money) by finance manager and kind Cathy. Obviously a very positive review well deserved by a very positive staff top to bottom.

I just went for a check-up and cleaning. I have been coming to Eastern Dental of Old Bridge for about 23 years now. It is ALWAYS a pleasant experience even when I've had major work and surgeries. Staff is friendly. The office is spic and span. Wonderful service. Highly recommend.

I will make this review for my Mom because my mom is not good with computers. I (son) took my mom to this clinic in March!!!!! 2022!!! They accepted her insurance and we payed the fee for the 1st visit and they told her she needed a clearance to do a final procedure by her primary dentist. Ok no problem. Her primary dentist sent the paperwork for clearance to Eastern Dental, My mom now called Eastern Dental to make the next steps to do her final procedure. Eastern dental kept giving her the runaround that the doctor was not available saying oh that person is out for vacation, etc. BS. My mom waited so long like 3 months from then for a phone call and to this day they never called her back. so now she ended up at an Urgent care to get her procedure done. Don't go to Eastern Dental they seem lazy, unprofessional and very laid back. And please don't reply saying we are sorry please give us a call at the clinic after you read this review. We will be filing an insurance petition for making my mom suffer.

The staff are professional and courteous. I had a crown reset yesterday and came back today for a cleaning. After having X-rays completed today, I waited in the waiting room for my cleaning for at least 40 minutes. I was told they were short hygienists for the day. Tell me that on the day of my appointment. I would have rescheduled. Other than my wait, the service provided was excellent and the staff were very informative and helpful.

Go here if you want to wait 4 months for an appointment and 3 hours during a visit. Just a horrible experience all together. Nurses are nasty attitude also. Went once and changed to another dentist immediately. Dont know how places like this stay in business
