Made an appointment apparently through a call center. I asked if they accepted my insurance and was told yes. Went to the appointment and sat there for at least ten minutes until called to the desk. Asked for my insurance card and was told they don't accept my insurance A total waste of time because they have incompetent people scheduling new patients.

Dr. Waseem is so nice and so easy to work with. She's very gentle with me and she did a very good job with my new partial denture. Her assistant Guerline is so nice too. I always deal with Dr. Davis and she's very pleasant, easy to talk to and so knowledgeable. Thanks for taking care of my family's dental health.

The black lady at the front desk is rude, loud and has no problem talking about my child or family as we went to the back loudly for the rest of my family to hear. This is wrong and against hippa for other patients for her to talk about my children in the front for everyone to hear. Her opinion doesn't matter, she is not the doctor or my insurance. She shouldn't be a respctionist . Even as I was talking to the office manager about the problem she yelled at me twice during my discussions of her behavior. It's just shows her actions. She even called my daughter a lair. She is very lucky I'm a adult unlike her and ignored her actions. My daughter is very educated & honest. I had a problem with the lady when i first came in so I belive every thing my child said and her actions in the lobby twice showed how wrong she was.

Always have a great time with the team at Eastern Dental. They are caring dentists and kind people, everyone should go to Eastern Dental. They are the best of the best, world class dentistry. Today I brought the staff a small gift. Enjoy the tequila!
