Do not go to this office the staff here is so rude. I would not recommend this practice for a family either they are horrible. I'm switching my dentist. I need a referral and the ONE person that does them is not there today so my kid who has a toothache would have to wait. I REFUSE to take my child there - they are not good with kids.

I found the employees to be RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, NARROW-MINDED, INCOMPETENT. NEVER GO THERE!!!! ALSO THEY IMPLIED THAT I WAS A LIAR!!!

Terrible practice with no integrity. Overbook appointments and always run late, even when you are the first appointment. Staff is rude and make excuses for their unprofessionalism. Very disappointing.

I detest this dental practice. The dentists themselves were always good. The staff is terrible, there's no follow up, explanations, always get unpleasant extra surprise bills in the mail. The dental tech I saw last time I swear she manhandled me, so rough. She was incredibly rude, I was going in to schedule an oral surgery and she was so nasty and dismissive I found another dentist office to go to instead in the future. Somehow, they sent me yet another surprise bill to someone I do not live with. We don't know how or why they got my bill. Isn't that a Hippa violation? I've spent countless hours waiting when I did go for appointments and several of the front desk staff is rude. I went there because it USED to be a good practice years ago. I would advise anyone wanting quality health care to advocate for yourself and go elsewhere. I do like Dickerson in Randolph and would recommend them instead.

Dr Kesari was not very Professional, with a bad attitude and poor service, she finished her work and was very upset that I could not open my mouth properly, she finished her work and left the cotton in my mouth. The manager should remind them that they benefit from the insurance we carry, hopefully at least the work she did for me turns out well.

I went in with a toothache. Was told I needed a root canal. When the dentist started, I was told that the tooth was cracked and recommended it be extracted. It was the worst experience ever. It took forever, my repeatedly asking for more novocaine, the dentist trying to pull it multiple times and having to drill multiple times. I was on edge and had a horrible experience. May never go back there again.

I've been a patient with the office for a few years now. But there's one girl at the front desk who comes off very rude when you walk up to check in.. I work at a pediatric office and as front desk receptionist and checking in patients you want to make them feel welcomed and I don't get the welcoming feeling when I walk up to check in. And I find it ABSURD that I have to call 2 months to schedule my 6 month appointment! I had never had to wait to months to call at my old dentist office, when checking out you should be able to schedule 6 months ahead. Not wait two months to call. The assistants and hygienists are good, but overall that's how I feel.

I waited at Front desk for more than 1 hour. The staff is not friendly. I felt like the new dentist joined recently is in-experienced. Her recommendations smells they are looking for more $. Sorry to say I am leaving them.

The only reason why they got a three is because Of the hygienist . He was wonderful. My appointment was for 515 for cleaning. I wasn't called until 620 for that cleaning. The doctor did see me earlier for a check up that was about 545. I was told I needed a debunk. Which is just a new word for a cleaning that they charge you $100 for. And I need to come back on August 4 to get the actual cleaning which is $50. They tell me I need a deep cleaning for each section of my mouth which is another $200 each section .Which apparently is a discounted price. That will Probably be the last time I go to this dentist. And I've been going to him probably for five years

Are you serious? Sending me a review of my visit. I called the office numerous times to cancel my appointment. No one answers the phone anymore. You can't seem to speak to anyone anymore. Someone did return my call 3 days after I left the 1st message saying they were returning my call, to call back. When I did call back again no answer, I left another message. Yes, both times I did advise on the voicemail to cancel my appointment. Not sure what's going on there anymore.

The office staff is not usually friendly when clients walk in. I can almost never get them i the phone when calling.
