I've gone to eastern dental for 4 visits in the past two months for a cleaning, 2 scaling/deep cleaning appts, and a filling. Every single time I was seen right away and everyone was very friendly and professional. The appts were quick and painless. Scheduling my initial appt I did have to wait a few months but it was worth the wait. I called other dentists and they had the same wait time. I was also able to get my deep cleanings and fillings scheduled all within one week of each other which was really convenient. I would say the ONLY negative is the very very very strong air freshener smell when you walk in. Even with a mask on it I chokes you up. Thankfully you don't smell it when you go to the back..but I'm not removing a star for that! I would recommend this place to everyone!

The Office is very clean and all of the workers at the front desk are very very nice. They are very accommodating and if you have any type of emergency or issues you just let them know and they will actually help. I haven't been to the dentist in a while but I am definitely returning to this place!

The front desk team are always super helpful with scheduling appointments to fit my schedule, the doctors are super friendly, and they are open late two nights a week!

Just recently had visit at Eatern Dental In Marlton to have some teeth evaluated. With having a heart attack last year and being on blood thinners any kind of surgical procedure or dental surgery must be discussed with my cardiologist. I spoke with Dr. Schwarz and to Karen the receptionist and they were super helpful with coordinating with me and my cardiologist on my options of which way I was to proceed with the extraction of some teeth. I am coming off my blood thinner in November 2022. After a year of being on them. But I couldn't wait to have the one painful tooth removed. So Dr. Schwarz and Karen scheduled me in for Tuesday the 18th at 2:30 p.m. I arrived at 2:20 p.m. was in the dental chair at 230 and was done the tooth extraction by2:45 p.m. Dr. Schwarz and Karen, the Dental Technician explained the procedure. They pre-numbed me, then gave me the 4 injections which I didn't feel at all, Dr. Schwarz made one ir two incisions and he had the tooth in his hand and said, " OK, your done". I was in total disbelief that he removed the tooth the fast and I felt nothing at all. I don't know what kind of magic he performed on my tooth but that was the most pleasant tooth extraction I have ever experienced in 40 years. I'm 61 now. They gave me instructions and extra gauze to the with me, explained the instructions and I was done. I still don't believe it all happened that fast. 2 thumbs up and my hat is off to Dr. Elon Schwarz, Karen , the Dental Technician and Karen, the Receptionist and to the rest of his staff. I am going back in November to have another tooth pulled, and to be honest I am not hesitant one bit. I know I will be taking care of and assisted in every possible way to make me feel comfortable and have my procedure done with the least amount of pain as possible. Dr. Elon Schwarz and the Eastern Dental staff have to be the nicest, helpful group of people in the Dental field in the area. And to anyone who has written a bad review, go take some selfies it will make ya feel better since u don't get attention any where else. And take that money that you were going to buy that new phone cover with and buy your self a book on," How To Act More Mature and To Be More Patient ", and realize your not the only person at the Dr. Office or on the planet You know who you are !!! To Dr. Schwarz and all the staff, See you on November 2nd!! Thanks so much for all of your help and understanding. You are the best. Charles Keener

Eastern Dental is the best dental office in the area. The office is always timely, efficient and friendly. Julianna always goes above & beyond to help accommodate my schedule w my appointments. She makes going to the dentist a breeze.

Get a call that they have to reschedule my appointment. Okay I assume it's going to be within a normal amount of time. Nope 3 months. Ridiculous.

I am only giving 1 star for this review because it only has to with trying to contact Orthodontics to schedule an appointment. I have been calling for 2 days to get my daughter in because she broke one of brackets and the wire was poking her. I did get her in to have the wire cut (which the office manager did) but he said we had to call this number (which he gave us) asap to get her back in for the bracket. Well I have been calling and calling and the voicemail is constantly full and seems that no one else in the company can help me out. I paid a lot of money for her braces and will not be happy if anything goes wrong because of this. Very dissatisfied for this reason only. Need to have a better system or have employees check voicemails on a regular basis. What if this was a bigger emergency, what I do? As far as the Orthodontist and staff in the Marlton office, no complaints.

Stay away from this practice!! Especially Dr. Elan Schwarz. He is completely unprofessional, rushed my appointment, and misdiagnosed me.

Terrible place. Last time I waited for over an hour passed my scheduled time. I understand certain scheduled times don't go as planned but an hour is a bit ridiculous. Then today, Eastern Dental called me less than an hour before and canceled my appointment. Then made me reschedule for 2 months out. Find somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Seven years as a patient. Absolutely the WORST dentist I have ever been to. I've waited months for an orthodontist appointment, had to call out of work with one day notice because I was never given an appointment reminder and there is only ONE person there ONE day of the week that can "see" the orthodontist schedule. I've had a history of bad service with Eastern Dental from the very beginning, they extracted two molars when I was 20, that could have been saved. They did root canals and never placed crowns so the teeth essentially fell apart. This has permanently effected the way I eat. My last visit, I called out of work and I showed up for my appointment the next day at 9:26am, for the dentist to tell me to leave because I was upset over the phone the day before. No other reason. Awful, compassionless people that only want your money and will intentionally damage your teeth more. UPDATE 02/23/2022: I was told by Eastern Dental that I did not need anymore work done on my teeth just last month. I've have been a patient for almost 7 years. They have RUINED my teeth. I had X rays done at another dentist today, who told me I need a root canal on a tooth Eastern Dental had already worked on and put a filling over. They completely ignored my x rays and did not ever mention the clear decay on tooth 14. I could have saved this tooth had it not been for the malpractice that goes on at Eastern Dental. This place should NOT be in business at all. Update 03/05/2022: Two days after posting the last update, they issued me another bill of $261 for services I do not owe. I was fully covered by my insurance and was never told I'd owe any money. I have been told over four times now to disregard this same bill I have been receiving over and over. When is someone going to actually do something about this? It is over 90 days "past due" and is about to hit my credit. The same man keeps lying to me over the phone that he will "take care of it".

They have a problem with a scheduling system. You need to wait a year if you change your schedule (that even so hard to make) or even they change it sometimes for a regular cleaning. Their booking system is so horrible!!!

As an individual who works in a medical facility, I strongly advise refraining from this practice. Would give 0 stars if possible. Please save your time and money and seek dental care/ relief elsewhere.
