I hate the dentist like most. I had to get a filling. The cavity was very deep. The dentist, Dr Dine and the assistant, Liz made it bearable. Very pleasant ladies. I have to come back for another filling and these wonderful ladies will be doing the other tooth.

I've been here twice to have three cavities filled. One filling fell out. Okay no big deal everyone makes mistakes. I go back to have it refilled they recommend a clear filling this time and charge me 40$ for it. So I pay it. Next week same filling falls out again. I've been trying to get an emergency appointment for over a month. My tooth has been in pain. I finally got an appointment today. Let's hope they don't screw up now for a third time. I'm not having the remainder of my cavities filled by then. On a lighter note I keep getting this same dental assistant who makes rude comments about my height and then does a bad job. I don't know his name but he's old and likes to touch the receptionist. Last time I went one was sitting on his lap. I found it unprofessional and creepy I never want to come back here again.

Funny. Every time I go there I have cavities but when I go elsewhere my teeth are in good shape. I'd stay away from this place if you value your teeth.

The X-ray tech and the dr were absolutely amazing. They didn't shame me for waiting a year to get my teeth fixed through a busy schedule. They made me feel confident and exhume pure trust with them. Definitely helped me in an emergency situation. Thank you!

The staff is always friendly here. They walk you through the steps and what will take place during your procedure..I had a root canal done last month and i felt 0 pain from start to finish, and had 0 pain after leaving the office. I would recommend eastern dental to anyone.

called on a Saturday night for an emergency visit. Explained to answering service and was told someone would be calling me back. 3 hours later and still no call back. This type of care is completly unaccepable.

Dr. & clinician are very nice. Needs a lot of work with office staff keeping up with ins. To make sure they do not have to cancel people's appt. Must be loosing alot of patients due to them canceling appts. When all they have to do have someone watching billing and notifying patients early. No patients should have to be told on arrival their not registered for site after waiting 3-4 months to come in. Who is monitoring patient visits lot of loss money for clinic. There also is problem with no. Being used for this site with Delta dental again lost visits someone needs to go over all insurance and what number is being used for Delta clients or any other that keeps having problems.. It has happened more than 4 times.
