Jamie, and Dr.K the best orthodontist I could ever have. They can always get me in when I need them, may it be last minute reschedule due to a football game or an emergency repair since me biting a mint broke a bracket, they were there and ready to get my things fixed and continued.

I get dental cleanings every 6 mos religiously and dentists have always told me I have nice teeth and take very good care of them but yet, I change dentist (only bc I moved) and am "scolded" by the hygienist, Sandy--here on referred to as Hygienist Hatchet--bc she seems to think Idk the correct way to floss. She actually wanted me to get up in the middle of scraping and "prove" to her I know how to floss. Who does she think she is? Rewind back to when she brought me into the "cubby" and took my purse to put it on the counter--ya' think they could spring for a purse hook?--but when I asked for it back so I could put my glasses back in the case, she seemed to have an attitude about it, as if I were bothering her. I asked about seeing the Doctor--after all it was my first visit and I have never received a cleaning without a dentist seeing me before I leave--but she kept telling me since their x-ray machine was down he couldn't see me . . . what? How does that even make sense? After having to beg to see the dentist, Hygienist Hatchet reluctantly makes arrangements with the front end for me to be seen. Hygienist Hatchet proceeds to scrape my teeth in a way they have never been scraped before. It was the most painful experience I've ever had, which is why I had to stop her midway after she wanted me to show her how I floss . . . Really? I have to ask her if I may rinse my mouth and I spit out blood not once (like I usually do after a cleaning) but 3 times before I get really worried something is wrong (it felt like she scraped an entire layer of enamel off) and demand her to let me see the dentist. She walks me back to the room to see Dr. Dubman, whom I also do NOT recommend, who instantly comes in the room with an arrogant demeanor. He proceeds to poke fun at me and tells me he can't look at my mouth bc the xray machine is down and he has nothing to "go by." At this point I'm extremely frustrated and just about ready to leave until he changes his tune just a little when I threaten to call the insurance company. I asked him if her thought it odd how out of nowhere my gums are bleeding when 6 mos ago they were perfectly fine? He did agree but I went on my merry way and am now going back to my previous dentist. I have been unable to brush my teeth without them hurting or even drink room temperature water. It has been awful. I would like to mention Jennifer at the front desk is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

I had a fantastic experience with dr Dubman He pulled my tooth and it was so smooth! He is the best! Highly recommend that place! Also my kids go there and I never had a problem!

I felt very frustrated from my visit.. I arrived 7 minutes before, then filled out 1 form. Which lead to a 45 minute wait .While info was entered in. The xray tech was very quick. Then I waited longer to see dentist. . I left not seeing hygienist because I would have had to wait longer. After an hour and 40 minutes. I've been going there a while. Should not have taken that long.

Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Dubman is not only a great dentist, but his sense of humor makes the process and anxiety of a dentist visit much easier to handle.

On 7/26/22 Dr. Andrew Durham saved me money on a mouth guard which would have been extremely expensive ! I've been suffering from TMJ since 2017 and have been in serve pain since then. I went to a different dentist who gave me the wrong mouth guard in the first place. Now I will have the proper mouth guard without, breaking my bank account. Thank goodness for Eastern Dental of Lacey and Dr. Durham! So grateful
