If there was a way to leave zero stars I would. They act nice and bill you later. They try and force you into dental work that they want you to do and not what you want to do. After seeing the nurses and dr's who were honestly fantastic they make you meet with the "money people" and they try and force a dental plan on you.

Extremely helpful especially Saleema she explained everything I needed to know in detail and was pleasantly patient the rest of the staff was extremely nice I absolutely recommend this orthodontic they made my experience 100% wonderful because I was terrified

After having several traumatizing incidents from dental work on my children, I never wanted to seek dental attention ever again but I was referred here to this office for my children braces. I must say that experience was beyond a 10 with the help of the assistant who worked with my family (Saleema Queen). She was very warm, welcoming, friendly, passionate, educated, informative, experienced, and most importantly not only did she get things done accurately but also in a timely fashion. I was recommended anyone who's intimidated from previous dental to come to this office and ask for Saleema Queen. I promise you but she or I won't let you down. Keep up the great work and I wish you the best babygirl, sky's the limit don't stop here, keep going and further your education you I can see you as an orthodontist some day. God willing

Staff is helpful and well qualified but wait times are long. A typical wait time for me is at least 45 minutes after my appointment time. This has been true for last two years. They have always been there for me in an emergency so I'll keep going but will adjust my expectations for how much time is needed for each scheduled visit

I was in there 3 hours for a cleaning..the wait time is getting ridiculous..they need to stop scheduling so many people if they can't handle it

This place is the most disorganized dental office, which is clearly always understaffed. I always give places a second chance. But after 3 appointments - most recently waiting FIFTY FIVE minutes to be taken back for only the FIRST PART of my biannual dental exam, I'm calling it quits. When you check in, they are still taking temperatures and using the same damn covid questions from 2020 (not in alignment with what the Department of Health is recommending at this time), the nice lady says, "have a seat (in one of 3 waiting areas) and someone will be RIGHT with you." BAHAHA. Not so much. I arrived 15 minutes early for a 3:30 visit and waited until 4:09 at which point i had to ASK if they would be seeing me. She checked and "we will take you in the back for the next seat. we only have 2 doctors on." That was the same story 6 months ago - clearly. Why would you want to work at a place like this?! I got to the dental seat and waited another 15 minutes for the doctor to see me, hearing the entire (supposedly confidential) conversation with the lady next to me. She then went on to schmooze me about my nice shoes and then asked if I ever had an orthodontics consult. I was about to blow my lid. I saw the same doc 2 times before and had she even read my notes that she recommended that before, she would have known my answer. After that it's now 4:40 and the assistant told me i could be seated BACK in the waiting area for my cleaning. Um, NOPE. I had already been there close to NINETY minutes. I walked out. Someone else can have my slot and I will find another dentist. So do yourself a favor - take it from me after 3 visits that were bad and went to horrible - go find another dentist.
