I went in for a filling. Dr. Waseem was excellent! She was very nice and professional. They had to reschedule me 3 times. The first time they didn't even have me scheduled even though they gave me an appointment card for that date. I'm also still dealing with billing issues from February 2021 after I've provided proof of payment multiple times. 5 stars for Dr. Waseem. 1 star for Eastern Dental.

I had a teeth cleaning with Gina today. She is new here. Sue or Debbie usually clean my teeth but we're not available. I didn't know what kind of a teeth cleaning I would get. But she did an outstanding job. She was very thorough and very careful. And a very nice lady to talk to. Also doctor Waseem and the assistant called Princess we're outstanding. They provided great service. The shot I received was painless and they attended to me very quickly. They were very nice to talk to. Outstanding service, thank you so much a Gina, Dr Waseem and Princess!!! I rate you all a 10 out of 10. I hope your manager and district manager read this and give you all accolades. I cant even rate this business 1 star as I never got an appointment. I called at 9 am in agony with a toothache. The woman on the phone told me 3:00 but she had to check with her manager. I called THEM back at 12 and she told me they wouldn't take me at 3 and I should call somewhere else. My father died and my mom is now living in Mantoloking and I moved down here to take care of my mom and do not have a dentist in Ocean County. My parents have been patients here for years. I called back to ask for an appointment first thing tomorrow am and they left me on hold for half hour, them hung up and wouldn't answer my call when I called back. I left a message and no call back. I'm amazed that they are in business at all.

Samantha is the absolute best technician at Eastern dental of brick. It's a pleasure walking in there and seeing her every time we go. She's friendly, makes my kids comfortable, and always there's a funny or nice conversation to be had with her. We've enjoyed her presence for the past 5+ years.

First time coming to this dentist office since my family moved to Brick and it was such a pleasant experience. I was taken right at my scheduled appointment time and the staff was so friendly. The dentist himself, woman who did my x rays were knowledgeable and personable. Debbie who did my cleaning was so sweet and did a great job. I know my entire family will now start using this dentist office as well.
