I had my wisdom teeth removed here and the surgeons and staff were beyond wonderful! I ended up developing dry sockets and visited many times post surgery. They ALWAYS got me in within minutes, even when calling in the same day. Dr. Lutcavage and Dr. Fidler are beyond experienced and knowledgable. The dental assistants, Emily, Kayla, (I wish I knew ALL of their names) are so attentive and just overall amazing people. I can't recommend them enough!!

Be wary and know what your insurance plan covers! While everything else went ok, they did not go through the proper procedure with the insurance company. This ended up in me almost paying 50% more out of pocket!

I went there on a referral from my regular dentist who happens to be a very compassionate man and good at his job. The staff is wonderful but the dr was extremely rude to me. Ive had a lot of pain from a bad extraction for a year now.there there are still pieces of bone in my gum and it hurts all the time.He refused to do surgery even tho my dentist had assured me this would be a simple. I left in tears after being treated like dirt by him. I felt I should share so others know its possible to go in with a smile and leave in tears and the man not even touch you.

I truly understand policy. On 8/9/18 I had an appointment for my 17 year old daughter and I also had my 10 yr old son with me. After being checked in, the office staff noticed my son and asked if I could have him picked up, he was not allowed in the office. I said no and started to Leave. I locked keys in car and called for someone to come and bring key and pick up my son because at this point someone had to come. I returned into office to let them know someone was in route to pick him up. They told me it would be, 30 mins before she was called to the back and if he was not picked up by then they would have to cancel appointment. I said ok. There was a apt in front of us. The secretary called my daughter to the back prior to that apt before us. I was finishing my phone conversation prior to walking to the bck as signs were posted about phone. I was attempting to navigate my son s ride. So they could find the office, I knew it would be confusing because I had just called earlier trying to attempt to see how to locate office among so many. Please note my son's ride is riding around Wayne pharmacy trying to locate office. We get in the back and as she is being checked in. The only Uncle Tom African American secretary in there makes it her business to go outside where my son is looking at his ride drive around in circles trying to find him and comes in the back to say my daughter is unable to be seen. And ask is that your son sitting outside? As if I was a bad parent. I thank God for change is the simplest way I can state. I simply told daughter to come on, we were leaving. By the time I got a refund from the other secretary that stated she could not read my mind as I stood there after being put out of bck room with my daughter. By the time we made it to the door our ride had made it . Blows my mind that a employee would go outside to make sure a issue was raised. I'm not sure that that was their call as My son was no longer in their office and I his mother knew his ride was outside looking for him. For approximately 4800.00 I would think the customer service would have been much better. The state of America is in trouble, it's not just about the next dime. I currently own my own business and have in one form or another for years and bottom line is, with out your customers u are nothing. Speaking to a lawyer this evening. I don't lay down and die easily. If you don't stand for something u will fall for anything. I an certain if nothing more than discrimination of some form. I will bring attention to this business. Reaching out to channel 9 on my side as well. Ridiculous I say we all have bad days but if working with the public is not your strong suit then go fry some french fries or something. I have never been tested as much as I was on yesterday and I have been in the medical field a long time. They will think differently about customer service by the time I get done. Why not try to help a customer. The lobby was not packed and obviously for good reason. Another patient was moved just to make it hard for me and my kids. Who treats people this way.
