Just got my wisdom teeth removed 3 days ago here and the experience was phenomenal, i have super high anxiety, they used laughing gas to help with my anxiety before putting an iv in. Would definitely recommend.

I was referred to this dental office where I had an examination completed. I was assigned overseas shortly after only to return to having a debt collection for service on my credit. This office improperly processed the insurance claim and is refusing to take any accountability. I called the office and the lady I spoke to was completely rude and disrespectful in addition to being incoherent when attempting to explain what occured with the billing.

Five stars the whole way!! I got my wisdom teeth removed not too long ago and I cannot start to explain how amazing they were!!! Ashley was my favorite! She talked me through the procedure and was so so helpful! Dr.Kirkwood was also amazing! When going under for the procedure I had him hooking me up to so many machines and Ashley helping me to calm down and they certainly gained my trust with ANY future procedures! If you have to speak with anyone there go STRAIGHT to Ashley!

One star is as best as I can do since I was never able to actually go to my mothers appointment. Made an appointment a month ago via phone they took my mothers Info, got a call a few days prior to appointment to confirm no issues. Day of appointment lady calls me to confirm and says we will see you here at your time. As I am driving to the appointment with my elderly mother who has mobility issues they call me. They stated my mothers insurance is not in network and they can't see us unless we pay completely out of pocket. This is such poor service they had one month to call or confirm whatever they needed, they chose not to until the day of. For those who are getting work done by them hopefully there work is not as poor as there paperwork . All we got was a "sorry"........

Told us yesterday the surgery would be an hour early, then when we get here they are running an hour behind.

Waited til 5 pm to call my husbands prescription in when he had his surgery at 9 am!!!! It's currently been over 24 hours since his surgery, still no medication, and they've been nothing but rude when we've tried contacting them for help! Thank you Walgreens for doing a better job at figuring this out than the actual office themselves! If you want to be in pain make sure to have this office call a prescription for you way ahead of time and not right before they close for the day.

They are totally incompetent at billing so makes me wonder how they do surgery? The only bill we received was from a collection agency so unless you don't care about your credit then I guess they are your choice. Will not be using them again even though much work is still left to be done! I would rather drive an hour to another office than to use them again if they can't even figure out how to bill their patients!

The office staff are very sweet and professional even when unruly parents or grandparents are rude to the people at the front desk. My son was nervous but the dr and his staff were very hands on and helpful.

Totally reccomend this office. After being referred to another office that didn't pick up we called here. Right away someone answered. We got scheduled in right away for a consultation which answered all our questions and next day had the procedure! I believe I had Dr. Kirkwood. And he knew exactly what he was doing. I got my wisdom teeth pulled in less than half a hour and headed home. Fast, efficient, and friendly.

I believe in giving kudos when they are earned and this group certainly went above and beyond to help me with a jaw tooth extraction. from the time i walked in until I walked out...i felt compassion, kindness, and care. Dr Kirkland was very gentle and has a wonderful reassuring manner. I don't think you will find anyone any better in eastern , nc...
