I started my Invisalign this March and have been in every single month if not twice a month for my check in's. Every person is so friendly, greets me by name when I walk in, and the dentists take such good care of me. The manager, Joyce, has been so great to me and always goes above and beyond. Love it here!

Everyone in this office is friendly and helpful every time I have been there. I especially like the way they always explain what they are doing and why. I will be more than happy to remain with this office for further dental work such as cleaning twice a year.

Now that I've become a patient here- I can pretty much guarantee I'll never need to set foot in another dental office. Dr. Koepsel and his staff listen more attentively then anywhere else I've ever been. My dental work was so customized! They even encouraged me to list in detail EXACTLY what I wanted my teeth to look like AND to provide them pictures. There was a scheduling mishap one day, (which wasn't really a big deal.) But the next day in the mail I received a card from them thanking me for my understanding. This is the most friendly place I have ever been. Dr. Koepsel is the most skilled and knowledgeable dentist I have ever been to. (And he's funny!) His nurturing guidance and treatment of you from start to finish seems to be the standard in this office- and NOT the exception. The OUTSTANDING staff here seemed like they were informed and trained far beyond what is required of them to do a good job. In fact, they DON'T do a GOOD job here. They do a PHENOMENAL one!!!!

Great customer service! Dr. Koepsel Is amazing and makes going to the dentist not so bad. I have a lot of work needed and he's helped fear and making my experience great. If you have alot of work needed I completely recommend seeing Dr, Koepsel. I was actually seeing a different dentist and went to him for a second opinion and so glad I did!!! : I'm still not done with everything but now I'm not so scared or overwhelmed with anxiety.. Work I'm getting done is restorative: crowns and that jazz... I highly recommend:)

Took me as a mid day walk in for a chipped tooth. Went through a full check up; repaired my tooth and a few extra small bits while in for service. Whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My teeth definitely look a million times better after leaving. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable dentist with fair prices.

Dr. David Koepel staff is always so friendly and most of all helpful. From the those at the front desk to those who deal with the insurance side, and all te techs. You can ask any questions and if comfortable about it. Plus, the always explain what they will be doing that day, and make sure to ask your how I feel while working on you. My first experience with upper dentures. Aways reminding you that if you have any problems even if it's the next day to come in. Thanks for your great service..

Had a bad toothache over the weekend and because of labor day I couldn't find anyone to see me. But Sandy said come on in! All the staff was extremely nice! Dr. Koepsel made me feel so comfortable. I had to get a root canal done which isn't the most fun but the Dr. was efficient and funny which made the time go by just a tad quicker. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but I definitely think I found the one dentist office for me 100/10

I had the best experience here. Same day treatment and they even helped me with a bunch of different payment options. I went in to have an exam done and it had been a long time since I went to a dentist. Let me put your mind at ease, they took great care of me as a new patient. They did my X-rays, evaluated a plan for me, and we're in the process of taking it one step at a time to get my dental health back on track. I felt zero pain, they constantly checked up on me, and they did an amazing job on my fillings, my teeth feel like they did 20 years ago and I owe that to East Wichita Dentist. See you for the cleaning! Thanks a million, The Copper Kid.

I called for an emergency visit. Luckily East Wichita Dental got me in. I had 2 years of good service from the office with upfront pricing and caring staff. Today, was a completely different story. Once I entered the waiting room, I was greeted properly, and updated my information. I was brought back to an observation room and sat and answered a few general questions at 1:45 pm. The dental hygienist started with initial sensitivity and visual monitoring. She took x rays of the broken tooth and then began gentle inspection. The next hygienist cane in with the dentist. She agreed on 2 choices, I chose extraction We agreed and had an overdue cleaning. Very thorough, but each time she went under my palate, my brain saw stars. Painful. I was moved to another room in the "back". The assistant stated that she was going to hook up the nitrous to get me numbed. Fine. Started with oxygen and asked if there was any discomfort. I asked for a neck pillow and received it for a herniated disc area. She asked if I could breathe ok & I shook my head. When she started the mix of nitrous I really still couldn't feel anything in my nose and I told her after she inquired 3 times if I felt numb yet. I said no, please check if it's working properly. She fiddled with the tube and realized the outflow hose was unhooked. So we were both breathing nitrous in the room for 5 minutes!!! She hooked it up and every 2 minutes she asked, are you feeling numb? Again, barely, and there the alternate lead dentist shows up and says the other dentist is in another room and can't see me. So he was filling in for the removal. I said ok and he began to lay the novacane in. I felt like the needle was going to go through my ear and wailed. He said one more like 3 times and then left me there for 10 min. I was in and out of it and writhing in pain. I literally wanted to go to sleep. He came back in and began cutting the tooth out and I felt some intense pressure, but on the last twist, he hit my top incisors with the tool and my neck snapped sideways. I balled up like an infant and grabbed my neck. Level 8 pain if you know what I mean. Assistant kept saying, "feeling better now", every 2 minutes as I started to recoil. Sounded so condescending and minimizing. Horrible. I slowly got up after the dentist gave me some directions and the hygienist offered some hints with the send home care sheet. I started to saunter to the door and everyone at this point was ready to hit the door as it was quitting time. I however, just unlocked my car and put my head on the hot steering wheel and wondered if I could make it home. I have no recollection of the next 15 minutes before I laid down in my bed and crashed. I will never return to this office. They called me 10 minutes after I laid down, not to check on me but to inform me I had a balance due immediately. This is why I hate dentists.

If I could give them more stars I would, I have never minded the dentist in fact I tend to be pretty indifferent. I absolutely love this place and the staff here. I moved to Kansas in August and I've known I had cavities in need of filling and assumed I would have more by this point so I called, they got me in the next day for an "emergency appointment" so they targeted one area to look at and it was free. They do work with my insurance which I was told a much more complicated answer by the Hillsboro location, they ended up being able to do 3 fillings on my left side as well as a wisdom tooth extraction the same day. They were very professional, accommodating, kind, and quick. They gave me a blanket, offered a pillow (I declined) , I took a nap while they did the fillings and then was mostly awake for the extraction which took all of 5 minutes. They made sure I was comfortable, explained everything, answered all my questions, and completely numbed in the area needed. I have never loved a dentist before and I absolutely love this place. Fantastic atmosphere and service. I even received a hand written thank you letter from Molly (loved talking with her). I'm healing just fine, they answered all my questions that came up a few days later. This place really deserves all the best, I will be returning.
