Dr. Thomas grew up in Valdosta, GA where she attended Valdosta State University graduating Magna Cum Laude. Afterwards, she attended the Medical College of Georgia where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2007. Dr. Thomas has proudly served the community of Austell since 2011.
Dr. Thomas is a strong advocate of comprehensive dental care and believes teeth should not only be beautiful but healthy as well. She completes several continuing education courses each year in order to provide her patients the highest standard of care. Her greatest reward comes from bonding with patients while transforming smiles utilizing Six Month Braces, Periodontal Therapy, and Implant Restorations.
Dr. Ross Levine grew up nearby in Alpharetta, Georgia. He earned his undergraduate degree with highest honors from Georgia Tech, his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the Georgia Regents University College of Dental Medicine (formerly MCG), and completed his residency in general dentistry at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with an emphasis on cosmetic, digital, and sports dentistry.
While attending GRU/MCG, Dr. Levine co-founded Dentists for Della, a nationally recognized oral care program for war veterans at the Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home. He also received the Geriatric Dentistry Award for excellence in knowledge and service to the geriatric population. Dr. Levine was inducted into the Alpha Upsilon Phi Honors Society for leadership and philanthropic service to the Medical College of Georgia. During his time in Ann Arbor, Dr. Levine was a team dentist for the University of Michigan Wolverines hockey team. In addition, he has been a dental screener at the Special Olympics and treasurer for the Give-A-Smile Foundation.
Dr. Levine is an active member of several dental organizations including the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Outside of dentistry, He serves on the young professional board of ORT, a non-profit that offers skills and training to impoverished communities. Dr. Levine enjoys a wide variety of hobbies including traveling, skiing, tennis, and kickball. He loves live music and is a fan of Georgia Tech football.

My experience at East West Family Dental was awesome! The staff greeted me with a smile and had a positive attitude. Checking in was prompt and seamless. Each hygienist explained every aspect of what would be done and was very thorough. Dr. Thomas was amazing! She went over my films, gave details and recommendations. I would definitely recommend it this dental group!

I've had a good experience with this office. The place is very clean. The staff were very friendly. I got a teeth cleaning done and some x-rays. They explained what they were doing and also gave me helpful recommendations! My teeth feel very clean now :)

I have never been a patient at this location but I did call to schedule an appointment. The person who answered the phone had very poor customer service skills. I asked if they had any availability and she put the phone on hold without saying anything. I had to say "hello" and then she said "hold please". After about 3 minutes, she came back to the phone and said they wouldn't have any availability until August. I politely declined to schedule. I was not impressed by the front desk staff. I hope they stop sending flyers to my mailbox since they are so booked up and busy.

The worst experience ever.The staff gives you all types of false information about your dental insurance.One person states they take United Healthcare/after I paid $4,000 another person tells me that United Healthcare is Out of Network.Can't be trusted.

This dental office is very friendly and professional, from the receptionist to my hygienist Faith and the doctor. I will recommend this dental office to everybody. They make you feel very comfortable about your dental needs, and explain step by step procedures. Thanks East west dental I'm a client for life.

This was my first experience with East West Family Dental. I was pleasantly surprised at the staff's friendliness. I appreciated Dr. Thomas and Ms. Faith's compassion (if you will) for the pain that I was experiencing. My only complaint is that not everyone without insurance can afford to payout $900 - $1300 for a cleaning before getting treated for their tooth issue. I have had dental insurance before through my employer and it sucked. Lucky for me, I could afford it. All I could do was to think if medical treatment, at the time of service, was based on full payment at the time of service, not too many people would be alive. Did I need a cleaning, absolutely. Was that my primary concern, no. But in order to take care of the primary problem, I had to take care of the secondary recommendation. Otherwise, great service.

Just had my first tooth pulled at my big age but they made everything comfortable for me, walked me through the process and explained the recovery process as well. I got to listen to my music on speaker to kind of help distract me but decided to grab my headphones and listen to my podcast instead while they pulled away. So far, no pain. Just soreness, if even that. They made everything comfortable for me and I am so glad to call this my dental home. It feels like going to a family reunion or catching up with old friends from back in the day the moment you walk in. Everyone there is amazing and very easy going. You almost forget they all went to school to basically poke and prod in your mouth for a living.

This was my first visit to this dental office. I found it through a Google search and it is only about 5 minutes from my home. The staff was friendly and they were very detailed in explaining everything and answered all my questions. I am not a real fan of going to the dentist, however, I will return for my next appointment, and future appointments. I enjoyed this office. Also, I am glad to support a black owned female business that I was satisfied with.

I need my teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist Faith did a wonderful job. My teeth feel so clean. I was told to do more flossing which was good advice. The front desk staff were polite and professional. I will be back for more dental work.

Wonderful experience today. My husband has health challenges, but the whole staff, from the receptionist to Jasmine, the x-ray technician, the dental hygienist and the totally professional and thorough Dr. Thomas addressed every one of our questions. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

From the moment I walked in and encountered the receptionist to the thorough exams and the consultation everything was great. I felt like I was at home around family and friends. The staff was awesome and they continued to keep me comforted during my entire exam. I was a bit nervous at first due to the pain that I was feeling from my teeth but once I was able to go I felt 85% better. I love Dr. Thomas and the receptionist thoroughly going through my plan and making sure that I understood everything before I left. The service was so great needless to say my husband is returning with me on my next visit next Thursday.

Had an appointment today, which was gloomy due to storms from overnight. Staff was cheerful and supportive. My hygienist, Brittany was great. Cleaning was done and we had a great interaction. Don't ask for the eye protective glasses.
