What I thought would be a good experience became a nightmare. My first two visits weren't hard to get in for minor bite adjustments but what I did realize that Dr. Steinberger schedule was overly packed. You barely have time to speak to the dentist before hes runs out the room to the next patient. It basically felt s if he had one foot in the operatory and one foot out before even beginning. My last straw is calling into the practice expressing I'm in severe pain, to a woman named Mary and basically her playing dentist over the phone; She told me that the pain I'm feeling could simply be because I need a bite adjustment and that basically I can wait for an appointment since the wait time was a few weeks. I expressed the tooth was broken and its definitely not a bite adjustment because I myself am a manager at another dental office and at this point I am indeed in excruciating pain. she then recommends that I might need a crown lengthening at this point I become frustrated and let her know I rather not take advise on treatment from her and I rather speak to an actual dentist. She then lets me know she scheduled me an appointment for September 20,2022, I called in 2 weeks later because the pain worsen another woman answered and informed me there actually was not an appointment scheduled and she would have to speak to the dentist and get the approval to put me onto his schedule. I waited days, I called in they said the dentist was at a funeral out of courtesy I waited a few days more. This morning September 12,2022 I call in the dentist actually answers and I try informing him on what is going on, he doesn't care to listen much since he expressed having a patient in his chair as always. I let him know I am in so much pain and that my gums are now beginning to swell up. He says 'like I said when I have time I'll give you a call back'. I find this type of treatment to be disgusting, it is now over 3 weeks and I've been in so much and now basically I have to find somewhere else Togo because I can not wait any longer. After the fact I already dropped money at this location for this exact tooth. I am currently looking for a new dentist at the moment I can no longer continue on waiting and being treated like I am not important !

Been coming here for decades Wouldn't go any other place, Dr. Steinberger is amazing dentist, he does pristine work and he really cares about his customers. He's makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The entire staff is so easy going and a pleasure to deal with. If your looking for a fantastic dentist that does a great work and has great people working for him then look no further!!

By far the friendliest staff and unbelievable Doctor - the entire experience is a Win Win!!! Every single time I am there I am greeted with fantastic smiles from the girls ( Lena and Mary) up front - excellent customer service on their part and it's nice to be treated that way and they are very professional and kind!!! Doctor Steinberger is absolutely amazing - he truly cares about his patients and is extremely patient and pain free. As nobody wants to go to the dentist - Dr Steinberger has made it an enjoyable experience every single time I'm there along with his fabulous assistant Mary - Dr Steinberger's "his bedside manner" is second to none I strongly advise anybody that reads this to make this office your next appointment and you will have a pleasant experience from when you walk in until you leave!!!

Dr. Steinberger is very good caring dentist, staff are friendly. The Dental Hygienist Elizabeth I had last two times was very gentle. But all the ones I have had have been pretty gentle. But she is exceptionally gentle.

Always have an excellent experience! I've had several different hygienist because I go on different days due to my work schedule . All are very professional very clean they do a great job on my teeth . Dr Steinberger is a great dentist !!!! I recommend this dentist and his staff!

Dr. Steinberger and his staff are the best he's a perfectionist and I wouldn't go to another dentist my grandchildren are going to the Pediatric dentist in his office so I'm sure they'll see Dr. Steinberger in the future years to come

I had a tooth extracted today. I was somewhat apprehensive about the procedure. However, Dr. Morhaim and his dental assistants put me at ease. Dr. Morhaim explained what the process entailed and things went just as he had described. I only have positive things to say about East Tremont Dental Associates. Dr. Steinberger, Dr. Morhaim and the rest of the staff are friendly and very competent and professional.

Dr. Steinberger is the absolute best and most amazing dentist!! I have been going to him for some time now and he is extremely knowledgeable, very comforting, gentle, understanding and takes the time to explain each and every procedure, step by step. My daughter and I both love East Tremont Dental. Dr. Steinberger and Dr. Josen. I have always been terrified of the dentist but he made me feel so comfortable.
