The "woman" at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional ! I was told to come back several times for an appointment, but when I arrived she would reject my appointment and give me another date. What a complete WASTE of time !

Very nice staff. I got my braces there and I love it I think it's a very good dentist.

Forget what the reviews say about the front staff and I tell you this is the best dentist in Bakersfield and is worth the wait to see him. Just wait and take out a good book if there is a long wait because it's worth it to see him and usually there is not a long wait, only at certain times will there be a wait like that. Usually it's not a long wait. It''s quality of workmanship that make the difference.

Horrible experience, my children 's appointment was @4:30 got there there were more than 10 people with the same time appointment, waited in the car for and hr and there wasn't any seat available, I asked to reschedule because she kept saying it's going to be a while and said that I can only be late less than 15 mins for next appointment, kept asking why all thus people has the same time appointment and she kept saying it's because everyone showed up ok wat do you mean lady? I made arrangements to make it on time to the appointment leaving work early to come to this horrible place.
